For yet another year, the Festival of the Three Cultures takes place in Frigiliana from the 24th to the 27th of August.
This is a series of cultural events organised by the Town Hall of this town in the Axarquia region of Malaga in the month of August that pays tribute to the three cultures that have left their mark on medieval Spain: Islamic, Jewish and Christian culture through gastronomy and a programme of pyro musical shows, mapping, concerts, a craft and food market, children’s corners with many activities for the little ones, parades, storytelling, workshops, artisan stalls and endless surprises.
The festival has 3 stages where Arab, Christian and Sephardic music are mixed. The line-up is completed with the show Cantes del Almijara, Sephardica, Escarramán Ensemble and Capilla de música Maestro Iribarren. Dj Beatz with Dani Vikario and the international Dj Zingabeat.
For all families with children visiting the festival, don’t forget to stop by the Children’s Corner open every day from 19:00 to 22:00 where they can immerse themselves in a world of fun and creativity in a safe and charming environment. With creative workshops that will stimulate their imagination and exciting games that will make them laugh and enjoy themselves.
