Villa Concha Blanca is a brand new four-bedroom villa with multiple terraces, a private pool and private parking for one vehicle within the grounds,
The villa is located in a prestigious residential area just a 8-minute walk from Burriana Beach and 15-minute walk from the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcón de Europa. There are many restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets within an easy walk of the villa. It is next door to our Villa Las Palmeras which also has a communicating door between the pool areas ideal for larger groups - and it is near all of our other properties in the Parador area.
On the ground floor, Villa Concha Blanca has one Kingsize double room with ensuite bathroom, an open plan modern kitchen, living and dining room and further shower room with WC. The living area has French windows opening onto a delightful terrace which has outside furniture to relax and enjoy a glass of wine whilst overlooking the large pool. From this terrace you have direct access to the pool area and large terrace with barbecue and an additional table shaded by a pergola. Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms; a Kingsize master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower), plus two twin rooms which share another bathroom. The twin bedrooms also have French windows out to the terrace overlooking the pool from where there are stairs leading up to a roof terrace also with wonderful views of the town, sea and mountains.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms. The villa has private off-street parking, a private pool (5m x 4m and 1.20 to 1.4m depth), barbecue, outside furniture and 8 sunbeds.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

We stayed here as 8 adults and a baby and had plenty of room. Villa is in a very quiet location yet within easy walking distance to beach, main town and lots of supermarkets. Outside area is also spacious with lovely shaded area to eat. Altogether a see more

The villa was perfect - really clean with all the facilities you would need. The location was ideal with loads of shops nearby and all the local attractions were just a short walk away. The information leaflets were great and left us well equipped wisee more

The only thing we did not like about this stay was the noise around us. The villa is very close/next to other houses and they were all full with noisy people. There was almost never a qieut moment. We missed that.

Villa Los Leones is a 4-bedroom villa with large pool and outside space in the centre of Nerja.
It is ideally situated for families and groups in a central location just a 10-minute walk from the Balcón de Europa and an 8-minute walk to the famous Burriana Beach. There are many bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets within an easy walk of the villa. Our Villa Kaisaras and Villa Victoria are next door to the villa - and all of our other properties in the Parador area are very close by.
On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining room from which patio doors lead on to a covered terrace ideal for dinner al fresco with table and chairs, the terrace and the pool area. There is also a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs on the first floor there are three further bedrooms, a Kingsize double with large south facing balcony and en-suite bathroom with hydro massage bath, and two twin bedrooms with a further large family bathroom.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms. The villa has private off-street parking, a private pool (6.5m x 3.5m & 0.9m -1.5m depths), barbecue, outside furniture and 8 sunbeds.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

Discover Villa Alminares – A Scenic Country Retreat in Nerja
Perched high above the Punta Lara residential area, Villa Alminares offers a tranquil escape with breathtaking views of Nerja, the mountains, and the stunning Costa del Sol coastline. This charming countryside villa is 1,2 km from the nearest beach and 3 km from the lively centre of Nerja. Be aware the access to the villa is done through a road and a 50m short rough track.
INSIDE VILLA DESCRIPTION:
Villa Alminares is a cozy yet spacious retreat designed for families and groups of friends seeking relaxation and convenience.
You enter the villa through a fully fitted kitchen with granite countertops, leading to a large lounge and dining area with patio doors offering stunning views.
There is one bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower in the main floor.
Next to the kitchen there are some stairs leading you to the lower level below the ground floor where you will find the three bedrooms and bathrooms. The two twin bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath. The main bedroom with a king-size bed has an ensuite bathroom also with a bath.
It features a very large private swimming pool, a lush lawn area, and ample outdoor space to soak in the peaceful surroundings.
FULLY EQUIPPED FOR YOUR STAY:
Enjoy the convenience of a fully fitted kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, and fridge-freezer, as well as modern amenities like a washing machine, free WiFi, and a TV with international channels. Please be aware this villa has no dishwasher.
Air-conditioning is available in the living room and master bedroom for added comfort. These machines have both a cold function for the summer and hot function for the cooler winter months.
Optional services subjected to availability and extra cost include: welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping and taxi transfers from the airport to the villa although a car is highly recommended for this villa.
Enjoy a spacious covered terrace with a built-in brick barbecue, a ping pong table and perfect for al fresco dining. From the terrace, access the private pool with 6 sunbeds and a shade area next to a beautifully maintained gardens, and private parking.
