Description
Villa Victoria is a beautiful traditional style 4-bedroom villa with a lovely pool and gardens with lawned area, ideal for large families and groups of friends.
It is situated only a 15-minute walk away from the heart of Nerja in a quiet residential area close to the Parador Hotel and an 8-minute walk to the famous Burriana Beach. There are many bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets within an easy walk of the villa. It is next door to our Villa Flamingo and Villa Los Leones, and is very near to all of our other properties in the Parador area.
On entering the villa, the ground floor offers a spacious lounge and dining area, WC and a fully fitted kitchen with granite work tops. Two patio doors lead onto a covered terrace with table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining from which a couple of steps lead down to the large pool and garden area. Upstairs on the first floor there are three bedrooms, two twin rooms which share a full bathroom and a Kingsize double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The double and one of the twin rooms share a terrace with pool/garden views. From the ground floor hallway stairs lead down to another twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe and modern en-suite shower room.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms. The villa has private off-street parking with size 3,35 m X 4,30m (to fit a normal car - not a van/big car), a large private pool (9 x 4m length and depths 0.95m- 1.65m), table tennis table, pool table, barbecue, outside furniture and 8 sunbeds.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

Everything was fabulous we had a few small problems but Caroline and her team sorted everything very quickly and were available 24/7 our daughter got married in the beautiful church while we were there and the wonderful paradise team delivered a beausee more

The pool was cleaned most mornings would highly recommend the villa . Thanks Caroline for ensuring our stay was very memorable

Villa Victoria was a great villa for this family occasion. The swimming pool, pool table and table tennis table all added to the fun during the stay and the hosts were very helpful and very responsive to any requests, no matter how small.

The location was wonderful, the Villa was spacious and it had all the amenities advertised. It was too cold to swim while we were there, but the pool and outdoor space was very nice.

We appreciated being able to rent a high quality highchair and stroller for our granddaughter so that we didn't need to bring them from home, and being able to order groceries in advance to have waiting when we arrived was very helpful. A big plus was that the rental company was easy to work with and was very responsive to any question or request. And, it was nice to have a private parking spot, just be aware that only small/medium sized vehicles will fit in the gated lot. |

The unit is beginning to show its age and could use a "refresh" in some of the furnishings. Also, while we appreciated having an in-unit washing machine, it was positioned so that it was hard to open the door to load/unload items.

We were 6 adults and 1 child and 1 baby. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Victoria. Our weather was great so we were able to enjoy the pool area and made use of the pool and table tennis tables.

The location is good for walking to the beach (bit of a hill on way back but manageable)and into town. The villa is clean and comfortable. Great communication throughout and good directions and check in. Would happily recommend to family and friends. |

After my wife and I visiting Nerja many times, we thought it was about time our 3 daughters and their boyfriends (all in their mid to lates 20's) had a chance to experience this wonderful place.
We were looking for a place big enough for 8 people, with 4 bedrooms and at least 2 bathrooms, good facilities and a private pool, but more importantly as central as possible. This Villa ticked all the boxes and more, we had the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 ensuite, a very well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. Great swimming pool area with pool table and table tennis, which kept everyone entertained for hours. From the moment booking the villa with Nerja Paradise Rentals, the communication has been fantastic, both Aaron and Victoria have been exceptional with there help and advice, a service second to none. I could go on at great lengths about how impressed I was with everything, but to cut things short, everyone had a fantastic time at the villa and in Nerja, we all loved it so much we are planning our next trip and would love the same villa again. The staff at Nerja Paradise Rentals treated us like family, they were so kind and helpful and were always available at any time when ever we needed assistance. Thank you Aaron, Jose & Victoria, we will never forget you and the wonderful experience we had for the past 5 months at Villa Victoria. Estuvimos 7 personas, a la casa no le falta detalle, aires acondicionados en todas las habitaciones, menaje completo, radio, mesas de ping pong y billar muy aceptables. Todo hiper limpio incluyendo sábanas y toallas. Si tuviera q poner algun pero sersee more

Si tuviera q poner algun pero seria que la habitacion del sotano huele un poco a humedad y no tiene nada q tape la claridad, a la que amanece te despierta y el sitio de parking un poco difícil. Volveremos seguro!!

We went to the villa 4 families with small babies and we had a wonderful time. The villa is very well equiped, very well positioned and allowed us to take various walks to the town center in the morning and in the evening, pool was nice, even enjoyedsee more

The villa is very well equiped, very well positioned and allowed us to take various walks to the town center in the morning and in the evening, pool was nice, even enjoyed the table tennis. Kitchen also well equiped, rooms and bathrooms very clean, keep up the good work.
The communication with Victoria and Aaron was fast and excellent, they even provided us with a special paella pan to make one there, all details came in time and I cannot fault them with anything. Looking forward to use them again when we have the occasion. |
