Description
Villa Verania is a contemporary three-bedroom villa with a very large south facing terrace and private pool. The villa has private access from the road and parking for one vehicle within the grounds.
The villa is located in the enviable area near the Parador Hotel - just a short walk down to Burriana Beach and a 15-minute stroll into the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcón de Europa. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops within a short walk of the villa. Villa Verania is next door to our Villa Daisy - and near all of our properties in the Parador area.
To one side of the entrance hall is a twin bedroom and to the other a separate shower room with toilet and wash basin and the open plan living room/diner and modern kitchen area. From the lounge/diner area are sliding patio doors leading out to the large terraced area equipped with patio furniture and a barbecue for dining and relaxing al fresco. Further terraces surround the private pool where there are 6 sun-loungers for soaking up the sun.
On the 1st floor there is a further twin bedroom with separate shower room and the king-size master bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room. From the master bedroom patio doors open onto a private terrace which overlooks the pool area and has views to the sea and over the town. A staircase leads to the roof terrace which also offers stunning views down over the town to the sea.
This property is ideal for families and groups as it sleeps 6 people
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms. The villa has private off-street parking and private pool (4.9m x 2.8m and 1.35 - 1.55 m depth).
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

Villa was very nice. Basic but clean and comfortable. Good quality bedding which is priority for me. Good outdoor space, although table and chairs could do with a little tlc and only one sun shade as second one incomplete so couldn't be used.

Pool kept very clean on a weekly basis and was a good depth. The staff at Paradise Villas were excellent with great communication from booking right up to check in day. They even checked in with us during our stay to ensure everything was ok. Cleaning/maintenance staff were also excellent and very attentive and courteous at all times. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend Paradise Villas and look forward to staying again at Villa Verania or even trying one of their newer villas.

Nice and spacious inside and out, good location all be it with a little traffic noise as it’s close to the road, but just drink more sangria and that sorts that out!

As always we had a well needed break at Villa Verania. It was our first break for 2 and a half years and we were very much looking forward to it. Unfortunately the weather wasn't on our side and the evidence of the sand storms which hit the region insee more
As always we had a well needed break at Villa Verania. It was our first break for 2 and a half years and we were very much looking forward to it. Unfortunately the weather wasn't on our side and the evidence of the sand storms which hit the region in the previous weeks was still very clear making the pool unusable during our stay as the clear up was still underway. The location of the property means we were close to shops, restaurants and public transport which helped to make our time enjoyable despite the weather. We still had a well deserved and relaxing break and would not hesitate to stay here again.
The staff at Paradise rentals are always very friendly and helpful and make booking and access easy and hassle free. |

The accommodation is Very spacious and comfortable and gives us everything we require to relax. The sun terrace is large and there is a small pool. We have a secure space fro our car and the Villa is Centrally located and close to all the delights that Nerja has to offer. The owners are a pleasure to deal with and they are always on hand to help us make Our time here enjoyable. Nothing is too much trouble for them and any issues are dealt with promptly.

INCREÍBLE VILLA, todo perfecto a repetir.
Mis hijos disfrutaron cada minuto de la piscina.
A 5min de la playa de la Burriana y a 10 min del centro.

Villa excelente con todo lo necesario. Amplia y con mucha terraza para disfrutar de la piscina. Zona tranquila. A 5 minutos andando de la playa Carabeillo (5 minutos más para llegar hasta la playa de Burriana desde esta playa). A 10 minutos de la zona de bares y restaurantes, y del balcón de Europa. Muy recomendable por la situación y las comodidades de la casa.

Nuestra estancia fue muy buena, la casa no le falta ni un detalle, toda la casa perfecta con todo los complementos y en un lugar super bueno tanto como para cualquier desplazamiento como para comprar he ir a la playa, PERO, lo que no nos gusto para nada es q teníamos q salir de la casa a las 10 muy bien pero a las 9:55 cuando estábamos terminando de recoger las cosas y limpiando nos aparece dentro de la casa si así es dentro de la casa una chica q viene a limpiar, yo entiendo q tenemos q dejar la casa a las 10:00 pero pueden llamar a la puerta para entrar y no meterse en la casa antes de salir y decir q es q tiene otra entrada, creo q se debe de dejar un poco de flexibilidad a la hora de salir ya q puede haber algún retraso a lo q me refiero q salimos de la casa a la 10:15 es decir q podría haber esperado para entrar la limpiadora unía 15 min y no entrar y mientras q terminábamos de recoger y limpiar ella meterse ya en los dormitorios y empezar a limpiar, por todo lo demás perfecto aunque nos dejo esto un sabor agridulce.

The location is also very good in a quiet neighbourhood just 10 minutes walk to the beach and the town city center.
