Description
Villa Topaz is a modern three-bedroom villa with private parking for two vehicles within the grounds, terraces at the front and rear and a private pool.
The villa is located in a prestigious residential area just a 7-minute walk from Burriana Beach and 15-minute walk from the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcón de Europa. There are many restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets within an easy walk of the villa. It is next door to our Villa Zafiro - and near all of our properties in the Parador area.
Villa Topaz has 3 bedrooms; a Kingsize master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and private sun terrace, plus two further twin rooms which share a bathroom on the ground floor. One of the twin bedrooms has French windows out to the pool area. Upstairs on the first floor is a stylish open plan living/dining and kitchen area with WC. There are terraces at each end, one overlooking the pool terrace and the other at the front with lovely views to the mountains and to the Mediterranean Sea. From the kitchen there are stairs leading up to a roof terrace also with wonderful views of the town, sea and mountains.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, hairdryer, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms. The villa has private off-street parking, a private pool (3.75m x 3.3m and 1.25 - 1.35 m depth), barbecue, outside furniture and 6 sunbeds.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

The location was a 10 min walk from the centre which is what we wanted and had all the amenities available that you would need.

We rented the Villa Topaz which was very modern and cosy at the same time and perfectly equipped. We had problems with deciding which of the four terraces to enjoy as all of them were so nice. In the end it was always possible to enjoy shade or sun, see more

In the end it was always possible to enjoy shade or sun, less or more wind, a view over the town or of the sea.
The location was perfect, too. It took us about ten minutes to walk to the city center. The contact before, during and after our stay was extraordinarily friendly, all the team is very helpful and gave its very best to make our stay in Nerja unforgettable. For us, it was the first of many times. Thank you for everything! |

Unos días estupendos, seguro que volveremos.... zona muy tranquila , sin ruidos ,cerca de la playa y de la zona de restauración .
La única pega de la zona es la cuesta tan empinada que tienes que subir de regreso a la villa.
En cuanto a la villa see more

En cuanto a la villa solo 2 apuntes.... no encuentro sentido tener la cocina en la segunda planta y la piscina nos estropeó los bañadores... se quedaron todos amarillos. Aprovecho para agradecer el trato de Victoria, siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades. |
