Description
Villa Perla is an impressive modern three-bedroom villa with Andalusian features, private parking for one vehicle within the grounds, terraces at the front and rear and a private pool with large pool terrace.
The villa is located in a prestigious residential area just a 7-minute walk from Burriana Beach and 15-minute walk from the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcón de Europa. There are many restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets within an easy walk of the villa. It is next door to our Villa Ambar and Villa Zafiro - and near all of our other properties in the Parador area.
Villa Perla has a large open plan modern kitchen, living and dining room downstairs with direct access to both the front sun terrace and rear pool area. There is also a shower room and WC downstairs. Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms; a Kingsize master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and french windows to the private sun terrace, plus two further twin rooms which share a further bathroom. From one of the twin rooms there is access to a small terrace with spiral stairs leading to the impressive roof terrace. All terraces offer wonderful views of the mountains and coastline.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, hairdryer, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms. The villa has private off-street parking, private pool (5.95m x 2.9m and 1.25 - 1.4 m depth) barbecue, outside furniture and 6 sunbeds.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

The photos of the Villa do not so it justice, it is much bigger and brighter. We had everything we needed, a nice home from home feeling. We made use of the pool, which was cleaned regularly. We liked that there was also plenty of shade as it was extremely hot when we were there. The pool is overlooked by apartments at the back but this did not bother us. We also liked the terrace at the front of the villa for a morning coffee in the sun or to escape to the shade in the afternoon. The location of the villa was perfect, a 5-10 minute walk to birrianna beach and 10-15 minutes to the balcon. There is also a friendly bar just 30 seconds walk away. |

We did have an issue with the online check in but you allowed us to check in on arrival. One issue I should have mentioned with the villa is that the steps to access the pool needed to be used with care as they have no rubber treads making entrance /see more

Coat hooks by the front door, full length mirror, mirror in each bedroom, make beach chairs available for renters to use, keep kitchen equipment and supplies up-to-date (we had to buy our own potato peelers, teapot and knives).

We contacted them with some small issues which they dealt with immediately and without fuss. Everything about the villas was as described, the pool area is a great sun trap and there are shaded areas as well for when you need to retreat!! The location of this Villa is great for beach and Nerja town centre. This is the fourth time we have booked with Nerja Paradise Properties and we will be back!!

The Villa was superb - well presented and maintained, clean and tidy with everything in working order, conveniently located with plenty of facilities (shops, bars etc) a short walk away. Villa Perla is spacious with a large kitchen and living area not done justice by photos on the webiste. The bedrooms are a reasonable size with good quality air conditioning. The pool and outside area is spacious and also kept clean and tidy, the pool is cleaned regularly.
A particular mention for the staff at Nerja Paradise renatials who are always pleasnt and accommodating, will bend over backwords to help. We cannot thank Nerja Paradise rentals enough for their thoughfulness and understanding; our trip was orginally booked for August 2020 and had to be postponed twice due to Covid. The company were most understanding and allowed us to carry over our (not unsustantial) deposit twice; I am aware other companies have not beean anywhere near as accommodating. I would have no hesitation in recommending Villa Perla or Nerja Paradise rentals for any of their properties. |

We booked to go to Nerja for a wedding and decided we would treat ourselves to a Villa for a week as a holiday comeback after not being away for 2.5years and WOW, Nerja Paradise Rentals didn't disappoint.
They arranged transport to/from the airport, we arrived at this stunning location 5min walk to foodmarkets/bakery/10min walk from the centre/15min walk from the beach. We had a full equipped kitchen which helped us for breakfast and lunch most days if we didn't eat out. Comfortable beds/sitting area and dinning area, WIFI was great as I had to complete some online assignments. 3 beautiful terrace areas, one to the front, one on the roof and one to the back overlooking the beautiful pool which was the deciding factor of our stay. Our private pool was amazing, sun all day to bathe and around 5pm was the best time to dip in as it had warmed up a bit. Downstairs bathroom w/shower was great to clean up after pool days and trips to the toilet but you have a main bathroom and ensuite upstairs too, the showers were powerful and a rainfall shower head in both, a sun terrace in 2 rooms with spacious wardrobes. A folder was on the table at arrival and it had every answer you could need. We had the best time and thanks to Caroline and Victoria who made sure we had everything we needed and for checking in throughout, we'll be back. |

Hemos estado 12 días y ha sido una estancia fantastica, la casa dispone de todas las comodidades, muy limpia y buena ubicación. Además dispones de tiendas y restaurantes muy cerquita. José nos han atendido genial y además nos recomendo una cala extraorsinaria y restaurantes buenisimos. Repetiremos
