Villa Margot is a beautiful semi-detached / end-terrace house with two bedrooms, a full bathroom and separate WC. It has a private swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on hot days, and jacuzzi for those much-needed moments of relaxation. It has three terraces, which, thanks to its orientation, allow you to enjoy the sun at different times of the day throughout the year.
Located in a quiet residential area, this house is very close to the popular Burriana beach, which makes it an ideal choice for sea lovers. In addition, it is only a 15-minute walk from the centre of Nerja, where you can enjoy a wide variety of restaurants, stores and cultural activities.
For your convenience, the house is approximately 100 meters away from Mercadona and Carrefour supermarkets, facilitating daily grocery shopping.
This house is perfect for those looking for peace and quiet, but at the same time, close to all the amenities and attractions that Nerja has to offer.
The entrance to the property is from mid-level where the kitchen is located, up the stairs you will find the master bedroom with a king size bed and a covered terrace and a second bedroom with two single beds that offers beautiful mountain views. Finally, there is a full bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower. Downstairs you will find the living-dining room, WC and a terrace area for outside dining. The pool, jacuzzi, BBQ and lower terrace are accessed via the steps located to the right of the property entrance.

Fixtures and fittings are a little tired. A better place to dry washing, perhaps even a movable clothes airer. Air conditioning in the second bedroom, it didn’t bother us obviously as a couple but if it was used in the height of summer it could be prsee more
