Description
Villa Las Palmeras is a brand new three-bedroom villa with multiple terraces, a private pool and private parking for one vehicle within the grounds.
The villa is located in a prestigious residential area just a 8-minute walk from Burriana Beach and 15-minute walk from the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcón de Europa. There are many restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets within an easy walk of the villa. It is next door to our Villa Concha Blanca which also has a communicating door between the pool areas ideal for larger groups - and it is near all of our other properties in the Parador area.
Downstairs, Villa Las Palmeras has a an open plan modern kitchen, living and dining room with french windows opening into a delightful terrace which has outside furniture to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or al fresco dining whilst overlooking the large pool. There is also a WC off of the living area. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms; a Kingsize master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and access to the large sun terrace, plus two further twin rooms which share a bathroom. One of the twin bedrooms also has French windows out to the terrace overlooking the pool from where there are stairs leading up to a roof terrace also with wonderful views of the town, sea and mountains.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, hairdryer, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms. The villa has private off-street parking, a private pool (6m x 3m and 1.4m depth), barbecue, outside furniture and 6 sunbeds.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

4pm check in is very late in the day..the bad smell when you use the toilets..I think this is a Nerja problem. The top layer of pool water could have been filtered to remove dust for next guests. The air-conditioning was not cold enough in the bedroosee more

Check-in times at 16:00 usually on Vacation rentals since the accommodation needs to be proffesionaly cleaned and prepared for our upcoming guests, we always try to accommodate an early check-in for our guests whenever this is possible, in your case we had a check-out from prior guests the same day of your arrival, we let you put your luggage inside the accommodation before check-in time until it got ready for your stay. The bad smell happens very rarerly for some reason the few times we experience high winds here in Nerja and it only lasts for a few hours, we are sorry that you had to experienced it. Our maintenace team has been informed of the aircon and pool issues and it has been resolved. We look forward to host you and your happy group again soon !

Very nice and quiet place. Nice villa and garden. Very friendly agency. The villa is not modern but very charming. Considering the price, some of the fourniture and certain areas of the facility need to be renewed though.
