Villa Las Brisas is a three-bedroom Mediterranean style villa offering spectacular views of Burriana Beach, the coast and Cerro Gordo mountains.
Situated in the Capistrano Playa, Chimenea area of Nerja above the famous Burriana Beach, this beautiful property commands the same spectacular sea views as its sister houses, Dos Ardillas, Azalea and El Paraiso. Burriana beach with its array of bars and restaurants is only a 9-minute walk away, and Nerja town centre approximately 30 mins walk or 5 minutes by car or with the local bus service.
The property is entered via a few steps to an entrance hall. From here a short flight of stairs lead up to the top floor where there is a WC, large lounge/diner and fully fitted kitchen. Patio doors lead on to a large terrace overlooking the pool with wonderful sea and coastline views. From the lounge/dining area a staircase leads up to a roof terrace from which there are stunning panoramic views.
Downstairs from the entrance hall there are three bedrooms, two twins which share a full bathroom and a large Kingsize double bedroom with en-suite facilities. From the double bedroom patio doors open on to the pool and the large terrace area.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all bedrooms. The villa has private off-street parking, a private pool (3.5 x 5.08 m 1.2 - 1.3 m deep), table tennis table, pool table, barbecue, outside furniture and 6 sunbeds.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

The accommodation corresponded to the description. Quiet environment. Nice view from the terrace. The advantage is that we picked up the keys from the locker, and when we left we returned them to the locker. The welcome in the form of a bottle of winsee more

The advantage is that we picked up the keys from the locker, and when we left we returned them to the locker. The welcome in the form of a bottle of wine and water was also pleasant, especially since our plane was delayed and we arrived late in the evening. We had rented a large car for 7 people, which we could park for free right on the next street. The road to the sea is a bit difficult, but we knew that from the description and reviews.I recommend accommodation at Villa Las Brisas.

We had the opportunity to walk to the sea once through the gated apartment complex. It would have been nice if there was a key available to pass through this complex.

All bedrooms are downstairs and have air conditioning, no air conditioning upstairs, but wasn’t a problem. Only ten minutes to beach and 25 minutes walk to balcon in town however only drawback down a steep hill. Ok going down we had taxi coming back late at night. We had a lovely time and would recommend this Villa. |

We stayed for 2 months in one of Nerja Paradise Rentals’ villas in the Chimenea area of Nerja for 2 months. They are situated such that you get both beautiful sunrises, sunsets and sea views every day. Victoria, Aaron and the staff couldn’t be more welcoming or accommodating . The villa’s furnishings are not fancy but the villas are very well equipped for an extended stay. The villa was spotless when we moved in. It’s about an 8 minute walk downhill to the beach and about 5 minutes longer to get back up the steep hill unless you happen to be in fantastic shape. There are 2 supermarkets within a 15 minute walk. The centre of Nerja is about a half hour walk or a one euro bus ride.I think the villas offer excellent value. We have talked about going back for twice as long next year.

The villa has two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. One of these is an ensuite bathroom.

Villa Los Girasoles is a lovely, country style three-bedroom villa situated in an elevated position above the Punta Lara area of Nerja approached by a good concrete road to within 50 metres of the house when the road becomes a track. There are stunning, panoramic views of the sea, Nerja coastline and mountains. It is approx 1 km to the nearest beach and 2 km to Nerja town centre.
In the grounds of the villa there is a private swimming pool with gardens, trees and a covered shady terrace where you can relax and enjoy the uninterrupted views. Inside this comfortably furnished property there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twin rooms that share a bathroom and a large Kingsize double with en-suite facilities. The spacious open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area has access to the garden and pool area from via patio doors.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels (limited), air-conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The villa has ample private off-street parking, a private pool (6.36m x 3.35m and 1.15 - 1.44 m depth), barbecue, outside furniture and 6 sunbeds.
