Description
A spacious three-bedroom villa in a great location with large private pool, large outside area and parking.
Located in the Parador area of Nerja, as well as being very near to Burriana Beach, you can reach almost everywhere by foot! Local bars, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance, while Nerja town centre is just a 10-minute stroll away. The villa is next door to our Villa Los Leones and very near all of our other properties in the Parador area.
The traditional style villa is built over 3 floors. On the ground floor leading off from the entrance hall there is a fully fitted kitchen, WC and a lounge and dining room with patio doors leading out to a covered terrace and the pool area which is also the perfect place for enjoying your lunch/dinner al fresco. Upstairs on the first floor is a large double king-size master bedroom, from which there is a large south facing balcony overlooking the pool area, an ensuite shower room, 1 large twin bedroom and a full bathroom. On the second floor is a further twin bedroom with another ensuite bathroom.
This property is ideal for families and groups as it sleeps 6 people
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms. The house also includes a parking place for one car in the driveway. The private pool measures 6.9 x 3.5m with depths of 0.9 to 1.5m and there are six sunbeds available for use around the pool.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

Villa Kaisaras is perfect for 5 adults sharing. Plenty of space, two outdoor seating areas, lots of shade on the terrace and over the pool at most times of day. The villa has lots of character with lovely tiling and windows on the top floor. Very effsee more

The villa has lots of character with lovely tiling and windows on the top floor. Very efficient air con and decent water pressure. The location is perfect, near to three of the town beaches and many good restaurants and only just over 10 mins walk to the Balcon. There is a small, supermarket, a greengrocer and a bakery very close by. The villa itself is quiet, private and safe.

The villa was spotless and had everything we needed. Great location as right in between Burianna Beach and the town centre. About 15 minutes walk to each. I've stayed in Nerja many times and this area is by far my favourite as lovely and quiet but near enough to walk to shop, town and beach . Will definitely use Nerja rentals again and hopefully come back to this Villa

There's a supermarket 5 mins up the road and a shop 5 mins the other way. Very spacious, very clean, lovely comfy bedrooms, great place outside for dining/relaxing in the evening. The pool is excellent. Not to big and not small either. The staff at Nerja Paradise Rentals are absolutely superb! very polite, always in communication and very professional. Overall an excellent villa and a great company to book with.

We loved our stay at Villa Kaisaras, which benefits from large living spaces decorated in a traditional Spanish style. The Paradise Rentals team were very friendly and responsive when we discussed anything with them and let us access the property a bsee more
We loved our stay at Villa Kaisaras, which benefits from large living spaces decorated in a traditional Spanish style. The Paradise Rentals team were very friendly and responsive when we discussed anything with them and let us access the property a bit early. The swimming pool was great and the terrace space around it lovely for sunbathing and relaxing. Everything was clean and everything you need is provided- a small suggestion would be to provide more than one tea cloth, dishwasher tablet and perhaps a pair of oven gloves. The top floor bathroom does need some attention - there is evidence of damp on the ceiling - not sure the extractor fan works.
The villa is in a great location, very handy for walks to the shops, restaurants or beaches. It is worth noting that the villa is one of several holiday villas in the area and so , whilst we visited outside of peak season, we did experience some late night noise from neighbouring properties. Overall though, we thought the property was great. |

Unfortunately there had been a significant sandstorm before we arrived and everyone around the area was doing their best to remove the evidence. The pool was a bit sandy when we arrived as a result but the comms around that were excellent and they came and cleaned it when they could.
The management team were responsive and accommodating. The only thing that could have improved our stay was to heat the pool. The Andalusian sun didn’t quite cut it in April! Thanks for a brilliant experience. |

Everything was perfekt but you ned to look over the inventery in the kitchen. The bread knifes was so slow that you cant use them. And the owen took a long time to get warm.

This villa is not the most up to date but has a lot of charm. The position in the Parador area is perfect for the best Nerja has to offer, near the beach and also the old town. Evrything within a 5 minute walk, perfect.
