Villa Jazmines is a traditional style villa built on one level with a large private pool, lovely mature gardens and a private off-street parking space.
This delightful property has a prime spot in a central location of Nerja and within an 8-minute walk to Burriana Beach and 15-minutes from the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcón de Europa. There are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops in the immediate vicinity. Villa Buganvilla is next door - and a communicating door can be opened for larger groups. All of our other Parador area properties are also very nearby.
The villa has a large kitchen and open plan living and dining area with double french windows out to the pool and garden area with covered section ideal for al fresco dining. There is a king-size double master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, two further twin bedrooms and a shared family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
This property is ideal for families and groups as it sleeps 6 people.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms. The villa has private off-street parking for one car. The good-sized terrace area includes a private pool (triangular shape 6.45m x 3.7m and depth 1.4m - 1.7m), garden furniture and six sunbeds.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

Great location for The Old Town and Burriana beach. The Villa is spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Comfy King size bed in Master bedroom and 2 spacious single rooms. Nice size pool but too cold to swim in in March !!. I have used Nerja Paradise see more

Villa Jazmines was in a perfect location, all amenities very close by yet in a quiet street.
We love Nerja and have visited many times, this was the best location so far. No need for a car, everything within walking distance.

We had a fabulous week in Villa Jazmines in June. It had originally been booked for 2020 but Covid intervened. Paradise Rentals were really accommodating to us through both of the necessary reschedulings.

The location is nice and close to Nerja town centre and also to the beach at Burriana. The villa was spacious and had everything we needed. The only drawback that we found is that the pool is too deep for non swimmers to be comfortable with. Aaron, Caroline and the rest of the team are a pleasure to deal with. One small problem arose in the Villa during the week and they had a guy around to sort it within the hour. I would recommend them highly. |
