Description
Villa Flamingo is a dream traditional style 4-bedroom villa with a huge pool and gardens with lawned area, ideal for large families and groups of friends.
It is situated only a 15-minute walk away from the heart of Nerja in a quiet residential area close to the Parador Hotel and an 8-minute walk to the famous Burriana Beach. There are many bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets within an easy walk of the villa. It is next door to our Villa Victoria and very near to all of our other properties in the Parador area.
On entering the villa, the ground floor offers a spacious lounge and dining area with ceiling fan, WC and a fully fitted kitchen with granite work tops. Two patio doors lead onto a covered terrace with table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining from which a couple of steps lead down to the large pool and garden area. Upstairs on the first floor there are three bedrooms, two twin rooms which share a full bathroom and a Kingsize double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The double and one of the twin rooms share a terrace with pool/garden views. From the ground floor hallway stairs lead down to another twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe and modern en-suite shower room.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms. The villa has private off-street parking, a large private pool (9 x 4m length and depths 0.95m- 1.65m), barbecue, outside furniture and 8 sunbeds.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

The only slight thing that could be improved would be the food parcel, we ordered 2 large ones and it was basically everything doubled up such as 2 coffee jars etc, would have been nicer to have more variety rather than 2 of everything.

Villa is traditional style but has everything you need for your stay. Air conditioning that works is amazing and I can say it works very well in this villa. The swimming pool is the largest pool we’ve ever had over the years and it was well maintained throughout our stay as were the gardens. We loved it! |

The staff at Paradise rentals are all excellent and really look after their clients every step of the way from booking, arrival, during the holiday and on leaving at the end of the stay. This greatly contributed to the positive experience that we had this year. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you Paradise rentals....see you next year! |

The seven (adults) of us had a lovely stay in Villa Flamingo.
The basement bedroom had a walk-in shower room (en-suite). Upstairs, the main bedroom also had an en-suite with a shower over the bath. The other two upstairs bedrooms share a family bsee more

The basement bedroom had a walk-in shower room (en-suite). Upstairs, the main bedroom also had an en-suite with a shower over the bath. The other two upstairs bedrooms share a family bathroom, again with a shower over a bath, plus the washing machine. All bedrooms had air-con. The living area was large and airy and the kitchen had everything that we needed. The pool was large, with a shallow end, which dipped down to the deeper end at about 5' 6"". There was plenty of hot water with good pressure in the showers. We like the Mercadona in town (about a 10 mins flat'ish walk) but the local Coviran mini-market was very good and only a few mins away in Calle Huertos. The Burriana Beach restaurants are close-by and the walk back up the hill, with the great views, will burn off some of the calories !! RAW, La Barca & PlayaSol are our favourites. My record for walking from the junction of Calle Bajamar / Calle Filipinas up to the railings at the Parador was 3mins 11 secs....sad, I know, for mentioning, but then I am 70....so, easily beaten !!! We used NerjaTaxis to get from / to the airport....competitive price for the 7 of us....can get a quote on-line. Great time, as always, with a first stay with Nerja Paradise, who were excellent to deal with. |

Fantastic well maintained property. Had originally been concerned re booking property of this size (4 bedrooms) for one month for only two of us, however it turned out to be one of the best properties we ever rented. Great for large families and couples on their own who like lots of space. Our family stayed for a week with us nd we found the villa had everything any family could ever need. Living space is open plan and a view of fabulous 9x4 pool from most angles. 3 dining tables (one outside) should suit all large groups and we used ourselves for formal and casual dining with friends.
Bedrooms are large with wonderful view of garden and pool from main bedroom balcony - had pleasant early morning coffee here. Kitchen has every possible piece of equipment necessary for a working kitchen. Living area light, well decorated, has tv with lots of channels if you want to force your view away from the pool. Pool left me speechless and was used at every opportunity. Reassuring, professional and supportive service from the staff, pitched just at right level between privacy and helpfulness. We use Nerjaparadise every year, we will continue to do so and Villa Flamingo was a wonderful experience we hope to repeat soon. |

We had a wonderful stay with Nerja Paradise Rentals at Villa Flamingo. The villa was spotlessly clean and in a great location to walk to most amenities. Fabulous pool area. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, especially Caroline who rang to make see more
We had a wonderful stay with Nerja Paradise Rentals at Villa Flamingo. The villa was spotlessly clean and in a great location to walk to most amenities. Fabulous pool area. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, especially Caroline who rang to make sure we had settled in ok. Communication was fantastic, they replied straight away to any messages. It was our 1st visit to Nerja and we will definitely be back and we will definitely book with Nerja Pardise Rentals again.

Villa was plenty big enough for 7 People.
Couple of areas could do with improvement like the Kitchen Cupboard Doors & the Shower Screens Suction Pads
but apart from that everything was good.
Great pool area & the area is nice & quite & easy to see more

Really enjoyed our time in Villa Flamingo. Great location. Walking distance to everything. It worked well with our family visiting. Great to be able to park the car easily. Maybe needs a little updating in places. The villa is very well equipped and see more

Villa Flamingo is situated only minutes away from the beaches (beautiful bays, plenty offers of restaurants - must try the bbq paella) and also only 10 minutes walking from Balcon de Europa and the vibrant little city centre with many shops, restaurasee more

Would highly recommend this villa, as it’s new, clean, has a nice garden and private swimming pool, private parking. The fourth bedroom and third bathroom is situated in the basement, which are not as nice and light as the other rooms, something to consider if you wish to stay here with a larger family and would need to occupy the basement. We enjoyed it very much for our last week in Spain with just the three of us, incl. our little one of 2,5. Would definitely book again! |

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa Flamingo. The property was spacious, comfortable and well maintained. We came in early November and stayed for over two months. We used the pool until 10 December, before leaving for the UK a couple of days later. Aaron and the staff kept us up-to-date with the Covid-19 restrictions in Malaga Province and Nerja in particular. They couldn't have been more helpful. Even with to ban on travel and restricted opening hours of the bars and restaurants, we thoroughly managed to enjoy ourselves. We are planning to return to Nerja in February – Covid -19 permitting! This may sound like an advertisement, but I highly recommend staying at the Villa Flamingo with Nerja Paradise Rentals.
