Description
Newly refurbished town house style villa offering spectacular views in the lovely La Hacienda community, great for families with children. Villa Encanto is accessed via the secured, communal courtyard gardens where there is a large communal pool. The villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a further WC.
As for the location? You’re less than 5-minute walk to the sea from famous Burriana Beach, Carabeo Beach as well as only a 15-minute walk to the centre of Nerja. There are many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops within a short walk. It is also very near to our Villa Rayo de Sol and all of our other properties in the Parador area.
On the ground floor, there is the small twin bedroom with two single beds (80cm x 180cm), a WC and then the open plan kitchen and living area. This living room opens out to the spectacular private terrace with stunning views over Burriana Beach and your very own private HEATED plunge pool (2m x 1m)! Upstairs there is another twin bedroom with two full size single beds and its balcony, a shared shower room with WC and then the master bedroom with king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with twin basins, bath and shower, and a lovely balcony with the same views as from the private terrace.
This property is ideal for families and groups as it sleeps 6 people also the heated plunge pool is an added bonus for families with small children or for couples looking for a romantic get away.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, safe, washing machine, free wifi, TV with international channels and air-conditioning in all rooms. You will find free street parking in the surrounding area. The large communal pool is 8 x 6 m (depths of 0.55 to 1.85 m) which is open from 09:00 to 21:00h from approximately the beginning of April until the end October.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

Tuvimos un mal entendido con el aparcamiento (pensábamos que tenía parking propio) y aparcar cerca es un verdadero problema. Nos ofrecieron una solución en cuanto lo dijimos pero sería bueno ofrecerlo desde el principio.

Sentimos mucho la confusión con el aparcamiento 🙏. Mi compañero, al responder, se equivocó de casa. En nuestra página web no indicamos que la vivienda disponga de parking propio y tampoco lo ofreceremos a futuros huéspedes. Únicamente quisimos proponerle una solución en ese momento, ya que había sido nuestro error. Agradecemos de corazón su comprensión y sus sugerencias, que siempre nos ayudan a mejorar. Ojalá podamos volver a darles la bienvenida pronto en Nerja 💙. |

We had a fabulous stay. The views from the balcony are a real plus to this place. The small pool on the balcony is lovely and warm and fit four of us in there, like a hot tub. The big shared pool for the community is lovely.

Everything was spotlessly clean with the beds made. I loved the master bedroom ensuite, with two sinks and drawers to put all of my products in. It was great having 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet for the five of us. The location felt safe and was quiet except for some construction that was going on during our stay (no fault of the property and they actually moved us to a different villa that was equally as nice and quiet). I availed of the welcome food package and pool towels (for an extra fee for each) - they were well worth it! Getting in at midnight, it was nice to have water and some food in for breakfast. And not having to pack beach towels was a huge plus. The main office is near by and everyone at Nerja Paradise Rentals were so friendly and accommodating. It is a walk down the hill from the villa to the strip of restaurants along the beach. You would want a bit of fitness to walk up and down, or else get a taxi. The taxis are easy to get, you call one central number and they send one out within ten minutes, usually. We loved our time in Nerja and Villa Encanto! |

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Encanto! The villa is in an excellent location, within walking distance to the beach and the town centre. Although the walk back from the beach is short there is quite a steep hill, but we took it at a leisurely pacesee more

Although the walk back from the beach is short there is quite a steep hill, but we took it at a leisurely pace. Why hurry when you're on holiday, stop and admire the surroundings! The villa itself is comfortable, well equipped and immaculate, with wonderful views! Nerja Paradise Rentals made the whole booking process very easy and were quick to reply to any communications. Highly recommended and Nerja Paradise Rentals will definitely be our first port of call when we are lucky enough to return to Nerja for another holiday!

The service from the agency is 5* and very professional.

Es la tercera vez que mis hijas y yo nos alojamos en propiedades de Nerja Paradise Rentals. Este año ha sido en Villa Encanto y, tal como indico en el título del comentario, la villa hace honor a su nombre. Es una casa encantadora, muy cómoda, recién reformada con una reforma muy moderna y con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia estupenda. Las vistas desde las dos terracitas son espectaculares. La pequeña piscina es una delicia. Me he pasado horas sumergida en ella simplemente mirando el mar y el paisaje. La urbanización muy bonita y tranquila. Muy cerca del centro del pueblo y de la playa. Y, como siempre, una atención excelente por parte de Victoria y de todos los demás miembros de Nerja Paradise Rentals. Totalmente recomendable.

Villa Los Girasoles is a lovely, country style three-bedroom villa situated in an elevated position above the Punta Lara area of Nerja approached by a good concrete road to within 50 metres of the house when the road becomes a track. There are stunning, panoramic views of the sea, Nerja coastline and mountains. It is approx 1 km to the nearest beach and 2 km to Nerja town centre.
In the grounds of the villa there is a private swimming pool with gardens, trees and a covered shady terrace where you can relax and enjoy the uninterrupted views. Inside this comfortably furnished property there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twin rooms that share a bathroom and a large Kingsize double with en-suite facilities.
