Villa El Paraiso is a three-bedroom Mediterranean style villa offering spectacular views of Burriana Beach, the coast and Cerro Gordo mountains.
Situated in the Capistrano Playa, Chimenea area of Nerja above the famous Burriana Beach, this beautiful property commands the same spectacular sea views as its sister houses, Dos Ardillas, Azalea and Las Brisas. Burriana beach with its array of bars and restaurants is only a 9-minute walk away, and Nerja town centre approximately 30 mins walk or 5 minutes by car or with the local bus service.
The property is entered via a few steps to an entrance hall. From here a short flight of stairs lead up to the top floor where there is a WC, large lounge/diner and fully fitted kitchen. Patio doors lead on to a large terrace overlooking the pool with wonderful sea and coastline views. From the lounge/dining area a staircase leads up to a roof terrace from which there are stunning panoramic views.
Downstairs from the entrance hall there are three bedrooms, two twins which share a full bathroom and a large Kingsize double bedroom with en-suite facilities. From the double bedroom patio doors open on to the pool and the large terrace area.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, hairdryer, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all bedrooms. The villa has private off-street parking, a private pool (3.9 x 5.55 m 1.2 - 1.3 m deep), table tennis table, barbecue, outside furniture and 6 sunbeds.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

The villa is comfortable and spacious, with great sea views. The balcony gets sun all day., which is a bonus in the Winter. It is perfectly located 10 minute walk to the beach and 20 mins to town.

We had a great time the apartment was beautiful well set out my only little complaint if any it would’ve been nice to have some bath mats to stand on as everything is so slippery and a handrail or two, but that’s just my personal preference

The villa was every bit as good as the photos showed. Perfect for our party of 2 adults and three grown up children. Its three storey so lots of steps, not ideal for those who struggle with mobility or young children I would suggest.

We love Nerja and have been several times and this was the nicest place we have stayed. The company were excellent - they called a day or two before our stay and informed us of everything we needed to know. They then called when we had been there a day and checked all was OK. Highly recommend! |

This was a perfect space for our family of six. The kitchen was a decent size and the fridge large. The twin rooms were large enough to each take a rollaway bed in week 2 when we had two more guests join us.

Everyone in the family were very happy to visit Spain, Nerja and we had a lovely stay in the Villa. We will really recommend Villa El Paraiso to our friends and others. The overall space, with two floors, was excellent and we loved the terrace space outside the living room, where we all met for breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening drinks. Sunbrella Outdoor and Entrance Area: Felt safe with the fence and gate (and lock). A bit steep stairs. Nice door. Good size of entrance area and this felt very welcoming ""home"". Living Area: The kitchen area was modern and provided a good base for preparing and making things right. The dinner table (glass) worked fine for our family (not the best with glass with smaller children). Three seat sofa (IKEA), large table and two leader seats were excellent for quality time close to the TV-set (perhaps too small size for us). Very useful area with the whole family. The balcony and seating ground area was the favorite meeting place!! Sleeping Area: All good with separate rooms and multiple bathrooms work fine. The AC was useful. The sliding door out to the pool area was used by all and provided a nice view for the MASTER bedroom. Pool Area: We like the table tennis, played a lot of fun matches, enjoyed the sunbeds and used the pool every day. We love swimming in the pool more than the sea. The area around the Villa is beautiful and quiet which offered us the peacefulness we were looking for. Few mins walk to the beach with lots of shops and restaurants and around 20 mins walk to central Nerja. We had a great stay we will definitely be returning and would 100% recommend to friends and family.

Very comfortable villa set 10 minutes walk(or 7 euro taxi) above burriana playa. Note you are at the top of a steep hill.
Three separate terraces were great however due to weather pool was icy cold so the adults did not use which was a shame.

Had an issue with the cooker not working properly and Victoria was quick to resolve on a Sunday. We would come back but when the weather was warmer so we could use the pool. |

The accommodation was excellent, even better than the pics. Fortunately I think the vila next to ours was empty because the villas are so close together it’s like all in the same courtyard. The pool was great and the beds were very comfortable.

La casa es muy amplia y bonita, es tal como se ve en las fotografías. Las vistas son espectaculares. La empresa lo puso todo muy fácil, contestan rápidamente a cualquier cuestión. Además estaba muy limpio, repetiremos en cuanto podamos! La zona es musee more
La casa es muy amplia y bonita, es tal como se ve en las fotografías. Las vistas son espectaculares. La empresa lo puso todo muy fácil, contestan rápidamente a cualquier cuestión. Además estaba muy limpio, repetiremos en cuanto podamos! La zona es muy tranquila. Por poner una única pega, hay una cuesta bastante empinada para bajar a la playa, que está a unos 12 minutos caminando. Por lo demás todo genial.

El sitio el paisaje la tranquilidad la piscina!
Por ponerle alguna pega seria los colchones y que en la zona de comedor de arriba no habia aire acondicionado y hacia bastante calor por lo demás genial volvería a repetir . ❤️
