Really well designed villa, facing south in a west central part of the town. The large first floor terrace with sun beds off the master bedroom is brilliant and the quiet roof terrace with sea and mountain views is also great. Secure on site parking see more

Just spent January, February and March in this very nice property for the fourth year, which speaks for itself. It is south facing so plenty of sun when it shines and adequate heating for those chilly winter evenings, which of course double up to coosee more

It is south facing so plenty of sun when it shines and adequate heating for those chilly winter evenings, which of course double up to cooling in the heat of the summer. Plenty of bars and restaurants locally yet very quiet with the small town centre of Nerja just ten minutes walk away.
The property is owned and managed by the same family team at Nerja Paradise Rentals whose office is a mere twenty five metres away. They are always available for advise and assistance should you need it. A great team! Thoroughly recommended! |

Casa muy cerca de la playa de Burriana, a menos de 500 metros. La casa está muy bien ubicada también en relación a supermercados o carnicerías o cerca de otros paseos, zonas de comercios o de interés como el Balcón de Europa. Estuvimos alojados 4 persee more
Casa muy cerca de la playa de Burriana, a menos de 500 metros. La casa está muy bien ubicada también en relación a supermercados o carnicerías o cerca de otros paseos, zonas de comercios o de interés como el Balcón de Europa. Estuvimos alojados 4 personas siendo para 5 ó 6. La terraza tiene piscina y para una ciudad donde se multiplican sus habitantes en verano viene muy bien por la masificación de sus playas. Tiene habitaciones no muy grandes y sus 3 habitaciones tienen su propio cuarto de baño. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar además de sus productos de limpieza. Terraza grande con mesa y sillas para 6 personas donde los desayunos y el resto de comidas se hacían especiales entre baño y baño en la piscina. Las temperaturas superaban los 24° por la noche por lo que los baños también eran relajantes a esas horas. La casa se encuentra en el medio de otras 2 villas supongo que de tamaños similares. Las terrazas coincidían y en el caso de una de ellas se alojaba una familia grande de 3 ó 4 generaciones con perro incluido. El alboroto era constante desde por la mañana hasta por la noche. Ladridos incluidos en alguna ocasión. Por las altas temperaturas la vida se hace en la terraza por lo que no era cómodo escucharlos todo el día. Esto es algo que no es responsable el alojamiento, por supuesto. La salida es a las 10 de la mañana, demasiado pronto. La entrada a partir de las 4 de la tarde, demasiado tarde.
