Villa Calazul is a contemporary four-bedroom villa with a west facing terrace and a private pool. The villa has private access from the road and it offers parking space for one car inside the villa.
The villa is located in the enviable area of the Parador Hotel - just a short walk down to Burriana Beach and a 10-minute stroll into the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcón de Europa. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops within a short walk of the villa. Villa Coral sleeping 6 people is right next door to our Villa Calazul- and near all of our properties in the Parador area.
To the entrance hall area there is a spacious dining room, a bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin, the modern kitchen area and an open plan living room. From the lounge area there are sliding patio doors leading out to the terraced area equipped with patio furniture and a barbecue for dining and relaxing al fresco. On the same terrace you will also find the pool of the villa which has dimensions 5.00M X 2.00 M and 1.66 M depth.
On the lower level under the ground floor there is a twin bedroom a TV room, a bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with a bath tub with over head shower. From the bedroom, patio doors open onto a private terrace.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a nice sunny west facing terrace, you will also fond another twin bedroom and next to it, a bathroom with shower.
This property is ideal for families and groups as it sleeps 8 people.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. Given that you offer baby seats and cots, it would be great to also offer baby gates for the stairs. It’s a beautiful house but not suitable for young kids under 3.

Beautiful villa within walking distance to everything that we needed.
The pool was shaded for the most hot part of the day which was great as I had 3 kids with me.

Just couldn’t work the air conditioning so in the night it ksee more

It is ideally situated for families and groups in a central location just a 10-minute walk from the Balcón de Europa and an 8-minute walk to the famous Burriana Beach. Perched high above the Punta Lara residential area, Villa Alminares offers a tranquil escape with breathtaking views of Nerja, the mountains, and the stunning Costa del Sol coastline.
