Set in the quiet location of Hotel Parador area, this gorgeous villa offers a wonderful sense of tranquillity, while the centre of Nerja and Burriana Beach are within a 10-minute walk.
There are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and shops in the immediate vicinity of the villa. Villa Buganvilla is next door to our Villa Jazmines and there is a communicating door which can be opened for larger groups. All of our other properties in the Parador area are also very nearby.
The villa is built over 2 floors, on the ground floor there is a large open plan fully fitted kitchen, a lounge and a dining room from which patio doors lead out on to a covered porch where you can enjoy diners al fresco and the terraces and pool area. There is also a WC on this level. Upstairs on the first floor is one king-size double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony and two twin bedrooms sharing a further full bathroom.
This property is ideal for families and groups as it sleeps 6 people.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms. There is free street parking in the streets around the villa. This villa has a good-sized terrace area with a private pool (length 3.8m x 2.65m and depths 1m -1.5m), pool table, table tennis table, garden furniture, barbecue and 6 sunbeds.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

The pool is overlooked by a number of villas next to it so you can’t really relax by the pool. Nothing can be done about this but it’s detracts from experience. The bed in the main room was uncomfortable. .

We have visited Nerja several times previously but this was our first time with Nerja Paradise Rentals - and it certainly will not be the last!! They are a family run business who own all of their properties.

We have visited Nerja several times previously but this was our first time with Nerja Paradise Rentals - and it certainly will not be the last!! They are a family run business who own all of their properties.
Identifying the property and the booking process could not be easier and is in English. The online description and photos of the property were very accurate and detailed. We received precise details of the property location and how to access it. All of this was wonderfully smooth and straight forward. Our property was in a wonderful quiet location but within easy walking distance to the centre of Nerja. During our stay, the property was cleaned and bed linen and towels are changed weekly - which is such a wonderful feature. On arrival the property was very clean and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed having our own pool table, table tennis table and plunge pool. During our stay our car had a problem and Nerja Paradise rentals (particularly Aaron and Victoria) were of great help in assisting with contacting the garage and using their Spanish language skills. This car problem also meant a delayed departure which was handled with ease and made the whole situation so much less stressful. As Arnie would say ""I'll be back"" |

Nos ha encantado la estancia en Paradise Rentals. Las habitaciones amplias, muy limpias y cómodas.
Cocina amplia y bien equipada. Ha sido una estancia muy agradable en un lugar tranquilo y cómodo. Cerca del centro turístico del pueblo.

Por poner peros, como en la mayor parte de sitios no dejan un poco de sal o aceite para no tener que comprar estas cosas para 2 días, pero es lo habitual. En cuanto a la hora del check out, las 10h de la mañana es pronto para familias con niños, las 11 o las 12 estaría mucho mejor. En cuanto a la piscina, muy limpia y los niños han disfrutado de lo lindo. Le falta iluminación para los baños más tardíos y el suelo es muy resvaladizo, hay que llevar chanclas para no caerse. El servicio muy amable y atento. Muchas gracias por todo! |
