Villa Azalea is a three-bedroom Mediterranean style villa offering spectacular views of Burriana Beach, the coast and Cerro Gordo mountains.
Situated in the Capistrano Playa, Chimenea area of Nerja above the famous Burriana Beach, this beautiful property commands the same spectacular sea views as its sister houses, Dos Ardillas, Las Brisas and El Paraiso. Burriana beach with its array of bars and restaurants is only a 9-minute walk away, and Nerja town centre approximately 30 mins walk or 5 minutes by car or with the local bus service.
The property is entered via a few steps to an entrance hall. From here a short flight of stairs lead up to the top floor where there is a WC, large lounge/diner and fully fitted kitchen. Patio doors lead on to a large terrace overlooking the pool with wonderful sea and coastline views. From the terrace area a spiral staircase leads up to a roof terrace from which there are stunning panoramic views.
Downstairs from the entrance hall there are three bedrooms, two twins which share a full bathroom and a large Kingsize double bedroom with en-suite facilities. From the double bedroom patio doors open on to the pool and the large terrace area.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, hairdryer, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all bedrooms. The villa has private off-street parking, a private pool (3 x 4.6 m 1.16 - 1.35 m deep), table tennis table, pool table, barbecue, outside furniture and 6 sunbeds.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

The villa was very clean comfortable and pool was great! Location good for beach and amenities… supermarket a (long) walk away but generally it was a lovely relaxed holiday!! Will definitely use again !!

Had a wonderful stay at villa Azalea. From start to finished everything was smooth running thanks to the Paradise rentals team. Villa was beautiful with stunning views, clean and spacious.

We found the villa very easy thanks to clear instructions. The only issue about location was there was no direct access to the resort front. This wasn’t too much of a issue as we hired cars but might be if you don’t. Would definitely recommend using this company as they make it very easy by giving you lots of information about the surrounding area including market days etc. I think the only negative I can say is the bathrooms are a bit dated and they didn’t smell great. But all in all a massive five stars ⭐️ thanks |

La casa es fantástica y tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días estupendos. La cocina, el mobiliario, los cuartos de baño y la piscina exterior están en perfecto estado y muy limpios. El único aspecto negativo de la casa es la ausencia de aire acondicionado en la planta superior (salón). En un verano caluroso como este de 2022, es muy, muy difícil permanecer allí hasta que no cae la noche. Los dormitorios de la planta baja sí disponen de aire acondicionado que funciona a la perfección.
El trato por parte de los anfitriones es excepcional. Estuvieron atentos en todo momento para verificar que todo estaba OK. La ubicación es muy buena, en una zona residencial tranquila y de muy fácil acceso. Hay supermercados muy cerca y está muy bien conectada tanto con la playa de Burriana como con la carretera que lleva al centro del pueblo. Eso sí, necesitarás un coche casi seguro para moverte---incluso para ir y volver de la playa, porque el acceso es mediante una carretera muy empinada y nada cómoda para hacer a pie (especialmente la vuelta). Hay una parada de autobús a escasos metros de la casa. |

Très bon séjour dans la villa de Nerjaparadise !!
La villa est très bien placée dans un quartier très calme. Le billard et le ping-pong sont un vrai plus pour les enfants et les grands.
Je le conseille vivement !!
