Description
Villa Ambar is a modern three-bedroom villa with private parking for one vehicle within the grounds, terraces at the front and rear and a private pool with large pool terrace.
The villa is located in a prestigious residential area just a 7-minute walk from Burriana Beach and 15-minute walk from the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcón de Europa. There are many restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets within an easy walk of the villa. It is next door to our Villa Jade and Villa Perla - and near all of our other properties in the Parador area.
Villa Ambar has 3 bedrooms; a king-size master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and french windows to the pool area, plus two further twin rooms which share a bathroom on the ground floor - both with access to the front sun terrace. Upstairs on the first floor is a stylish open plan living/dining and kitchen area with WC. There are terraces at each end, one overlooking the pool terrace and the other at the front with lovely views to the mountains and to the Mediterranean Sea. From the kitchen there are stairs leading up to a roof terrace also with wonderful views of the town, sea and mountains.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, hairdryer, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms. The villa has private off-street parking, a private pool (5.45m x 2.45m and 1.25 - 1.35 m depth), barbecue, outside furniture and 6 sunbeds.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

You cannot fault this villa, it is fabulous. Perfect location about a 7 min walk to the beach. The villa has everything you need for a perfect stay and the pool is a great size.

After two delayed trips (both of which NP helped us to rearrange and make successful insurance claims), it was lovely to be back in Nerja. Ambar worked really well for us (as a 3-generation party); enough space to not be under each others' feet.

There are some marks of age in the villa now (broken loo roll holder, a missing handle on a drawer; only tiny things). The only improvement that I would suggest would be a) to have six chair on the mountainside balcony - if the villa sleeps 6, there should be enough chairs for everyone to sit, and b) it is ferociously hot on the balcony in the morning and so the villa would really benefit either from an awning or a big umbrella for breakfasts, or, better still, a breakfast table and chairs on the back balcony, which is shaded in the morning. |

Perhaps parasols need upgrading..
Would benefit from fridge downstairs for pool drinks....

This was our second time staying with Nerja Paradise Rentals, we stayed in Villa Ambar and it was fantastic.
The team are super helpful from booking through the entire stay. The villa was immaculately clean and they even managed to get the pool reasee more

We spent two weeks at this lovely Villa, on arrival all was clean and brilliantly presented with a lot of space throughout the inside of the Villa and the outside areas. All the staff at Nerja Paradise Rentals were so helpful and there for anything wsee more

The Villa is located central to Burianna Beach and the town (Balcon de Europa) so each walk was 5-10 mins each way so absolutely perfect for us! We would highly recommend and stay again in a heartbeat! |

Some suggestions to further improve the quality of your villa:
* there was no corkscrew, I bought one and left it there
* placemats would be needed to improve the standing on the glass tables
* you shoulsee more
