Villa Alminares is a cozy yet spacious retreat designed for families and groups of friends seeking relaxation and convenience.
You enter the villa through a fully fitted kitchen with granite countertops, leading to a large lounge and dining area with patio doors offering stunning views.
Next to the kitchen there are some stairs leading you to the lower level below the ground floor where you will find the three bedrooms and bathrooms. The two twin bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath. The main bedroom with a king-size bed has an ensuite bathroom also with a bath.
It features a very large private swimming pool, a lush lawn area, and ample outdoor space to soak in the peaceful surroundings.
FULLY EQUIPPED FOR YOUR STAY:
Enjoy the convenience of a fully fitted kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, and fridge-freezer, as well as modern amenities like a washing machine, free WiFi, and a TV with international channels. Please be aware this villa has no dishwasher.
Air-conditioning is available in the living room and master bedroom for added comfort. These machines have both a cold function for the summer and hot function for the cooler winter months.
Optional services subjected to availability and extra cost include: welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping and taxi transfers from the airport to the villa although a car is highly recommended for this villa.
Enjoy a spacious covered terrace with a built-in brick barbecue, a ping pong table and perfect for al fresco dining. From the terrace, access the private pool with 6 sunbeds and a shade area next to a beautifully maintained gardens, and private parking.

House is very good, very clean and the location is quiet. The pool is big enough to relax on the afternoon!
The only negative point is the last peace of road that access the house.

We had a brilliant stay everything yoy need for a lovely relaxing holiday.
Pool and views second to none.
Its a remote location and a car is needed due to the gradiant of the hills, i travelled by motorbike and planned to use this as my transportsee more

Its a remote location and a car is needed due to the gradiant of the hills, i travelled by motorbike and planned to use this as my transport through out but the codition of the track outside the villa for the last 50 metres was very precarios for a large motorbike so i hired a car. Hot water upstairs was a bit hit and miss although it seemed beter downstairs e had to boil the kettle to do the washing up so may it could benefit from a better pump. But all said and done we had a great time and definately return. |

We had a great stay at the Villa - the company was so welcoming and friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The villa is very spacious and with good sized pool and plenty of space in the garden for everyone to sunbathe and play without being onsee more
We had a great stay at the Villa - the company was so welcoming and friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The villa is very spacious and with good sized pool and plenty of space in the garden for everyone to sunbathe and play without being on top of each other. There is also lots of space on the porch for a big group to eat and drink, and the villa is big enough too. It's quite isolated with a lovely view. The only downside is that it is up a massive hill, which wasn't a shock as we knew where it was before booking, however we would just say be prepared to hire a car unless you are happy to do a 15/20 min walk up/down a very steep hill to the main roads in Punta Lara (which is then about a 10 min (ish) drive into Nerja main town). We hired a car so this wasn't really a problem. Overall had a good holiday :)

We enjoyed our stay at villa Alminares very much. A beautiful view from the terrace and a nice pool with sunbeds are definitely pluses. We spent our afternoons at the pool.

We recommend getting a car. Since the villa is located high on the mountain, you also have to descend quite a bit if you want to go down. Driving experience is also good to have. Furthermore, there is everything you need in the house. Connecting the WiFi is only not good if you are on the network with 7 people. One room has air conditioning, the other two have a fan. What we found a pity was that the pool table was quite old and can hardly be used properly. Aron and Victoria are very hospitable and helped us well with our questions. This made the stay even more enjoyable. We certainly recommend it! |

Sobre todo el reacondicionar el cuarto de baño que no hay en la piscina puesto que no hay baño en la planta superior de la casa, otra cosa a modificar serían las bombillas de vivienda todas tienen una luz muy baja. Y también otra cosa a mejorar es elsee more

La maison est très propre et bien équipée. Toute l'équipe de Nerja Paradise Rentals est vraiment très serviable et disponible. Nous reviendrons probablement l'année prochaine. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation cette villa, c'est un excellent rapport qualité/prix. |
