Description
This lovely spacious villa offers an unbeatable location for a laid-back coastal getaway with your family or a big group of friends. It is less than 10 minutes away from Burriana beach and the town center are all around a 10-minute stroll away. Within less than 100 metres you will find all type of shops such as pharmacy, fish shop, fruit shop, butcher shop and bread shop as well as many other small businesses.
Comfortably furnished, this charming property is spread across 2 floors, combining rustic decor with contemporary design touches and conveniences, including free Wifi throughout, TV with international channels, washing machine, air conditioning in all bedrooms and small gym. There's also a private parking space available if you are coming with your car.
The villa welcomes you into an impressive entrance hall, leading to a spacious and open plan living room, dinning room and space to play pool table or pick a book from the library. From the entrance to the left you will find the very big familiar kitchen with an island table in the middle of the kitchen and a big table aside to sit all of the guests.
There are 5 bedrooms in total in the villa. In the ground floor you will find a door from the kitchen that goes onto a small hall and to a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom ideal for anyone in the group with mobility issues. All of the other 4 bedrooms you will find in the first floor which as you enter the villa a double set of stairs take you up to the other 4 further bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 2 with twin beds. The double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms - the master with a big bath. There is also a further full bathroom. From the master bedroom and one of the twins, patio doors open onto a large terrace, a good part of which is enclosed and used as a further lounge/gym.
Outdoors, you can make a splash in a beautiful pool (The pool is 8 x 4 metres with depths of 85 cm - 1. 8 m), sun bathe in any of the 10 sun beds available surrounded by palm trees and flowers and enjoy al fresco dining barbecue on the big table on your private terrace, while watching the kids play in the pool and garden.
Villa Almassora is ideal place to spend your holidays with your family and also ideal for 2 families traveling together.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request)...

Another bath would have been useful. Only one bath in the master bedroom which we had to use to bath the small children.
We did not use the gym and felt that the space upstairs would be used more if it was an outside balcony.

Villa was excellent, couple of areas could do with looking at pool tiles around top of the water were green and could do with a clean, pool water gave swimwear a yellow/green tinge, pool table could do with repairing or replacing and exterior of the see more

This is a spacious, comfortable and well equipped villa, in a quiet residential neighbourhood of Nerja (it would have been nice to have had a vacuum cleaner). The off street parking was boon, as parking in this area is difficult.The terrace is ideal for al fresco meals, with a large table and plenty of chairs and sun-beds. Although the pool looked inviting it was too cold for swimming in February. The excellent WiFi meant streaming video was no problem. There was plenty of hot water and all the showers had good pressure. The one disappointment was the heating. We had assumed from the description and pictures, that the villa had a central heating system, but this was not functioning and we had to rely on small electric heaters. On the whole these kept most of the rooms comfortable, but the large 2 story hallway was very chilly. It must be delightful in summer. I would happily recommend this villa for a large family or several couples, and would have given it 5 stars if the heating system had been better.

I can’t speak highly enough of Nerja Paradise Rentals and the beautiful Villa Almassora. The villa was just perfect for our needs. It was bright and airy and beautifully furnished. The gym was a definite bonus. Nerja Paradise Rentals were very friendly, checking all was okay and responded quickly to any enquiries. Nerja is such a beautiful and friendly place, with beautiful beaches. Our group really enjoyed our stay and we will be sure to use Nerja Paradise Rentals again.

3 generations of my family enjoyed this villa at xmas and new year, something for everyone. Pool table gave much entertainment. Our own space, great facilities including kitchen, terrace, balcony, sun room, gym, in a great location. Very quite area asee more

La atención de Victoria y Aarón muy accesible y agradable. Por poner alguna pero, apuntaría que algunos aires acondicionados goteaban, y las almohadas son mejorables. En resumen, una estancia ideal, recomendable, regeneradora, en un entorno maravilloso como es la ciudad de Nerja. |

La casa es muy cómoda, con habitaciones amplias, bastantes cuartos de baño para las personas que indican y un salón comedor estupendo (el billar da mucho juego). Respecto a los exteriores, son muy agradables y están muy cuidados y la piscina es estupsee more

Está ubicada en una zona muy tranquila, a un paseo de 10 min (pasó lento con niños) del centro y de la playa. La casa es totalmente recomendable. Un 10!!

Una Villa preciosa, amplia, comoda, limpia... Y asi seguiria...solo diciendo cosas bonitas! La piscina es increible y el porche que tiene para comer y cenar es fantástico!
