Description
Located in the Aljamar Urbanization, this spacious villa is ideally located for easy access to Burriana Beach with its many bars, restaurants and water sports. Competitively priced for 6 people, the villa also offers an extra bedroom allowing a further two guests (maximum of 8 guests).
Comfortably furnished, this charming property is spread across 3 floors, including free Wifi throughout, TV with international channels, washing machine and air conditioning in the three main bedrooms. There's also a private garage large enough for two cars with direct access to the villa.
You enter the villa on the top floor leading to a spacious and open plan living and dining room with large windows out to the outside terrace. From the entrance to the left you will find the separate fully-fitted kitchen. There is also a separate WC. There is an air-conditioning unit in the living area.
A stairwell leads down to the bedroom level with three bedrooms - one with Kingsize bed and two with twin beds. These three bedrooms all have air conditioning. A shared bathroom offering a walk in shower is also found on this level. All of the bedrooms have french windows out to the private pool area with barbecue and outside dining table. The private pool is 3.26 x 3.3 m (1.8 m deep).
Down a further flight of stairs you find another double bedroom with internal window, a bathroom with bath and shower and access to the large garage. Please note that this bedroom does not have air conditioning - but a fan is provided.
As well as the private pool which is open and maintanined all year round, the property also benefits from access to the large communal pool which is open between June and September.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request)...

Villa Los Leones is a 4-bedroom villa with large pool and outside space in the centre of Nerja.
It is ideally situated for families and groups in a central location just a 10-minute walk from the Balcón de Europa and an 8-minute walk to the famous Burriana Beach. There are many bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets within an easy walk of the villa. Our Villa Kaisaras and Villa Victoria are next door to the villa - and all of our other properties in the Parador area are very close by.
On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining room from which patio doors lead on to a covered terrace ideal for dinner al fresco with table and chairs, the terrace and the pool area. There is also a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs on the first floor there are three further bedrooms, a Kingsize double with large south facing balcony and en-suite bathroom with hydro massage bath, and two twin bedrooms with a further large family bathroom.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms. The villa has private off-street parking, a private pool (6.5m x 3.5m & 0.9m -1.5m depths), barbecue, outside furniture and 8 sunbeds.

Perched high above the Punta Lara residential area, Villa Alminares offers a tranquil escape with breathtaking views of Nerja, the mountains, and the stunning Costa del Sol coastline. It features a very large private swimming pool, a lush lawn area, and ample outdoor space to soak in the peaceful surroundings.
