Located in the prestigious Parador neighbourhood in the beautiful Andalucian town of Nerja, it is the jewel in the crown of our recently built villas – a beautiful row of four villas (Valeria, Suero, Bonilla and Catalina) all just a seven minute walk to Nerja’s famous Burriana Beach and only 1km to Balcon de Europa.
Offering an impressive seven bedrooms, four bathrooms and 2 ensuites, this is the perfect place for groups of couples/friends or numerous families to enjoy.
As you come inside the villa you will see a big stairs which take you up to 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are double bedrooms which have ensuite bathrooms, the other 3 singles bedrooms with two beds each share 2 complete bathrooms.
The two double bedrooms with king size bed share a big terrace with views to the big pool area and to the neighbourhood.
On the ground floor you will find on the right to the main door a double bedroom, a complete bathroom and a living room which opens up to the pool area.
From the main door to your left you will find the kitchen with a big table which seats 14 guests and another exit to the pool area. The kitchen offers all amenities (oven, microwave, etc) everything you may need; perfect for trying your hand at some Spanish tortilla! It is finished to a fantastic standard, offering that lovely new build feel.
The villa has a small private parking space at the entrance to the villa which fits one car.
Taking centre stage outdoors is the impressive 10m pool (10m x 3m, Depth: 1.4m, Ladder Access, Poolside Shower) which will keep you entertained for hours on end. The outside also offers 14 loungers to soak up the glorious sun as well as comfortable seating in the semi-covered terrace with a sofa for those wanting to enjoy the shade. There is also an inviting dining area which seats again all 14 guests together; perfect for enjoying some alfresco dining whenever the mood takes you, using the villa’s portable barbecue on offer.
Free WIFI throughout and integrated aircon in all rooms of the villa. The villa also offers underfloor heating.
This really is a fantastic property with a location that is second to none. With many shops nearby including pharmacy, fish shop, butcher shop and bread shop.
Getting around Nerja is an absolute must whilst staying in Villa Catalina. You have Burriana Beach just on your doorstep where you have an array of local restaurants to choose from and try. You have Nerja centre just a short walk away where you can find many a side street café, perfect for sitting down after a day of shopping and watching the world go by.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request)...
