Booking & Cancellation Policy

Down Payment
A 30% deposit is required to confirm a booking.

Confirmed Booking
The reservation is confirmed once the deposit is paid.

Modifications
Changes can be made (if possible) up to 30 days before arrival.

Holiday / Short-Term Rentals – Cancellation

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival:
  If you cancel 30 days or more before your check-in date, your deposit will be refunded, minus a €50 administration fee.

• Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival:
  If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. However, you will not be required to pay the remaining balance.

Long-Term Rentals – Cancellation

• 30% deposit required to book.
• Refundable (minus €50 fee) within 2 months of booking.
• Non-refundable after 2 months.
  We recommend having cancellation insurance.

Group Bookings with Promo Code
We offer wedding groups a special discount with a promo code for direct website bookings.

Promo Code Cancellation Policy

• 30% deposit required to confirm.
• Refundable (minus €50 fee) within 2 months of booking.
• After 2 months, the deposit is non-refundable.
• The remaining 70% is due the day before arrival.
  Advantage: If guests cancel last minute, they don’t pay the remaining 70%.
