Description
High end apartment with amazing views to spend your holidays in Nerja. The apartment was completely refurbished in August 2022 - reviews may refer to previous apartment.
Located in Nerja Town itself, the apartment is in a residential block a 10-minute walk from Burriana Beach and 20 minutes to the famous Balcón de Europa. There are supermarkets and restaurants within a short walk.
The apartment has an open plan kitchen towards the living room which has access to the lovely outside terrace. There is one Kingsize bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a further twin bedroom and second, shared bathroom. You will enjoy beautiful views over Nerja, the sea and to the Sierra Almijara mountains from all rooms and the terrace.
Facilities include 4 lifts, a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, hairdryer, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms. The building has a shared carpark with limited spaces and you will also find free parking in the area. It also has access to a large communal pool 20 x 10 m (depths of 1.0 to 2.2 m) which is opened from June to September from 10 am - 2 pm and 5 pm - 9 pm.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

Disappointed no sun chairs or beds as plenty of room on balcony.
Had a problem with WiFi but was quickly rectified.
Quiet air con in bedrooms would be good as road noise meant we couldn't keep windows open at night and the current Aircon too noisy. Isee more

It was quite stuffy and warm at night. Quiet Aircon in lounge though. Nothing in either shower to put shampoo etc so we bought a stick on unit ourselves. Location is quite a way from Balcon a lot of walking, some uphill. |

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and has everything you need.

We stayed in Marasol Apartment 7 for 2 weeks and had a fabulous time. The advertised description of the property is 100% accurate. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed plus more. The panoramic view of the sea and mountains from the apartment is absolutely beautiful. It was very relaxing to sit on the balcony enjoying a glass of wine. We highly recommend this place. The family that own / operate this company are first class in every way. We look forward to another holiday at this property or possibly one of their others!

They were very Quick at replying to questions, and their information about the area was perfect. Very easy to Pick up the key due to good explanations. Street parking in the area is also good and easy.

Very bright, modern flat with wonderful views. Slightly on the edge of town but no difficulty walking into town and a taxi back is easy if you don’t want to walk back in the evening. Ideal for making the most of winter sunshine.

A proper hairdryer was supplied as well as spacious drawers under the sinks in both bathrooms allowing the sink areas to be clutter free. I loved that we were able to hire beach towels which saved us space and weight in our luggage. Overall, a great stay in a perfect apartment - I highly recommend it. |

El departamento es precioso y tiene todo lo necesario, es fácil aparcar, se puede ir andando a la playa pero nosotros íbamos en coche.
Las vistas hermosas. Da gusto sentarse al atardecer o a la noche en el balcón.
