Location, location, location! This modern two bedroom apartment is in the Plaza de España, the heart of Nerja, next to the town hall and next to the famous Balcón de Europa.
It has access to the rooftop pool with stunning views over the town and coast and is right next to a host of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and stores.
The apartment is cozy, fully-equiped, 85 m² and has capacity for 4 people. It has a modern open plan kitchen with granite worktops and stainless steel appliances, dining room and living room with two large French windows opening onto the large terrace overlooking Plaza Espana.
There is a large double bedroom with access to the terrace and en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, and another bedroom with two single beds also with access to the terrace. There is a second bathroom with shower.
Facilities include an elevator, fully equipped kitchen with oven / hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer, washing machine, hair dryer, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, electric blinds, air conditioning in all rooms and underfloor heating. The apartment also has an assigned parking space in the secure subway parking accessed by the elevator. The communal rooftop pool is round, with a diameter of 5 meters and depths of 1.0 to 1.2 meters. It is surrounded by a large solarium and is open all year round. There are 2 sun loungers up there which are for the exclusive use of this apartment.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays longer than 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cribs, high chairs, beach towels, additional cleaning, cab transfers and pets (on request) ...

You couldn't wish for a better location if you want to be close to fantastic restaurants, shops, the Balcon de Europa, beaches etc. In saying that, the apartment is so peaceful with a fantastic view of Plaza de España. For us, one of the highlights is the expansive balcony where you can dine, sunbathe or just watch the world go by. As always, Caroline and the rest of the team were fantastic hosts.

The position was great overlooking the Plaza and the apartment had everything you could need. The underfloor heating was fab as the whole place was warm and cosy. The second bedroom was a little small for space around the beds if there were 4 of you see more

The second bedroom was a little small for space around the beds if there were 4 of you but as there was only the two of us it was fine. All instructions were pretty clear and its position could not have been better. We could eat lunch in the afternoon on the balcony in shirt sleeves as we had no rain or bad weather for the full 7 days. Hopefully we will be back next year to stay again in December.

I think that you should have told us that the pool area was not in use due to repair thankfully it didn't effect our enjoyment of our stay, but we should have been informed. The only other thing I could suggest is a new remote for the TV and a pizza see more

We had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday - comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, washing machine, aircon, and the place was immaculate.
Nerja Paradise Rentals is the best holiday company I've ever dealt with. Their customer service is impeccable. Any issues we had were rectified immediately. Caroline from the office called me a few days before our arrival to check that I was happy with the arrival instructions for key access etc. The instructions were spot on. Caroline said she'd call the day after our arrival to check we were happy with everything. Of course she did call, and we were happy. We thought this was such a lovely touch. I would thoroughly recommend the apartment and Nerja Paradise Rentals. We'll certainly be back. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. |

We have being coming to this apartment for 10 years now. I stayed here as a bride then and it was fabulous. It still is a lovely apartment and is kept clean but it hasn’t been upgraded in all those years. Def could do with an upgrade on the showers, see more

The views from there were amazing. We were impressed with the way Nerva Paradise Rentals kept in touch with us during our stay to make sure everything was OK. Would definitely recommend.

My good lady wife booked an apartment direct from Nerja Paradise rentals, we'd used them many times before and again they provided an excellent place to stay during our two week Nerja holiday. Less than two minutes away . It's accessible via stairs or a lift, both are clean and well serviced. The apartment was very clean and well appointed with washing machine, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, TV, two bathrooms, full air-conditioning and a decent usable balcony with table, chairs and sunbeds. It's situated in the perfect place very close to Nerja centre. It is within 3 minutes of 8 restaurants and bars, and 5 minute walk to a nice small quiet beach. The roof pool was very clean and well kept, it's not the biggest but fantastic to cool down in. Both the Mediterranean sea and mountains to the rear of Nerja can easily be seen whilst using the pool, there's also a shower and sunbeds up there too. Overall I'd say it was a first rate place to stay and Nerja Paradise rentals are an excellent locally owned company who always are helpful with excellent communication as standard. |

Very nice apartment in a perfect location. Communication with Nerja Paradise Rentals worked extremely well. We had a car so the included parking space was useful. Don’t bring a big car. Space is limited in the garage.

A perfect place to relax and discover Nerja and the surrounding area, Chimenea A1E is a cosy two-bedroom apartment with large balcony offering views of the coast and mountains.
Situated in the same peaceful residential area as our Chimenea villas (Villa El Paraiso, Villa Las Brisas, Villa Azalea and Villa Dos Ardillas) above Burriana Beach, our three Chimenea apartments are in a lovely complex with large communal pool and secure parking.
