A perfect place to relax and discover Nerja and the surrounding area, Chimenea A1E is a cosy two-bedroom apartment with large balcony offering views of the coast and mountains.
Situated in the same peaceful residential area as our Chimenea villas (Villa El Paraiso, Villa Las Brisas, Villa Azalea and Villa Dos Ardillas) above Burriana Beach, our three Chimenea apartments are in a lovely complex with large communal pool and secure parking. The apartments are a 500 metre walk down to Burriana Beach with its many bars, shops and restaurants and a 30-minute walk or 5-minute drive to the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcón de Europa. There is a bus stop directly in front of the apartments with a regular local bus service. There are supermarkets within a short drive or 10 minute walk.
The apartment has an open plan dining and living area with French windows opening out to the large balcony with outside table for al fresco dining and a separate kitchen. There is a large, airy king-size double bedroom and another bedroom with twin single beds. From this bedroom you can access another rooftop terrace situated on top of the apartment. The apartment has a large family bathroom with bathtub and over bath shower.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, hairdryer, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The apartment also has a garage in the secured, underground car park. The communal pool is 10m x 4m with depths 0.9m to 1.4m, is surrounded by large terraces and is open year-round.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

The apartment was exactly as described and the photos were recent and represented the apartment. The apartment was very clean. I messaged once just asking where the BBQ was located as one was mentioned in the information book, and the next day a new BBQ was delivered – excellent service. If you go up on the roof of the apartment from the balcony in the second bedroom you can get a great view of the sunset. The roof terrace has huge potential. The garage is also a nice bonus if you have a hire car as you don’t have to worry about finding a parking space on the road. Thank-you for an enjoyable holiday.

The second bedroom could have air conditioning. It was fine in September without but could be hot in the summer. Maybe most guests renting are couples and 4 people don’t stay often in the apartment so the second bedroom is seldom used.

There is some building work going on nearby. We were always up by 8AM, but Monday – Friday at 8AM the crane started. There is nothing that can be done about it, and I’m sure the crane will be gone soon! |

Bed comfortable, air con fine. Kitchen well equipped. I imagine the car parking space is a must for busier months as area got really busy at weekend even when we stayed in early October. Longish walk to the city centre due to location (lots of dead ends into a private estate), we liked the walk but noticed many of the other residents were using taxis in the evenings.

The apartment is well equiped with walking or car access to Burriana beach (walking only for the reasonably fit, it's a very steep hill to the beach) where there are a good selection of restaurants and bars to suit most tastes and budgets. We particularly liked Dayla for simple honest meals and Pahuna (Nepalese/Indian). Nerja Paradise Rentals provided excellent support to us during our stay and we have no hesitation in recommending them, and we will be booking future trips with them.

El Apartamento ha cumplido con creces con lo que habíamos imaginado antes de viajar a Nerja. Todos los extras cubiertos, como si estuviéramos en casa. No faltaba de nada. Limpieza y calidad del alojamiento. Camas cómodas. Buena distribución del apartamento que facilita la refrigeración del mismo con el aire acondicionado. Además de todo lo necesario en el interior, utensilios tanto de cocina, acondicionamiento de la ropa, electrodomésticos de todo tipo, incluso incluye sillas para la playa y sombrillas. Sin duda, pensando en todos los detalles. La plaza de aparcamiento también ha ayudado mucho a la comodidad.
El modo de acceder al apartamento y dejarlo tras disfrutar de las vacaciones, a pesar de no tener contacto directo, no deja de ser personalizado, varias llamadas antes, durante y después de nuestra visita, certifican el buen trato al cliente, sin agobios pero muy atentos a cualquier necesidad. Volveremos sin duda si el destino nos vuelve a llevar a Nerja. |

A great base to discover Nerja and the surrounding area, Chimenea C2D is a lovely two-bedroom, top floor apartment with large terrace offering stunning views over Burriana Beach, the coastline and mountains.
Situated in the same peaceful residential area as our Chimenea villas (Villa El Paraiso, Villa Las Brisas, Villa Azalea and Villa Dos Ardillas) above Burriana Beach, our three Chimenea apartments are in a lovely complex with large communal pool and secure parking. The apartments are a 500 metre walk down to Burriana Beach with its many bars, shops and restaurants and a 30-minute walk or 5-minute drive to the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcón de Europa. There is a bus stop directly in front of the apartments with a regular local bus service. There are supermarkets within a short drive or 10 minute walk.
The apartment has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with French windows opening out to the large terrace with outside table for al fresco dining. There is a large, airy king-size double bedroom with access to the terrace and another bedroom with twin single beds. The apartment has a large family bathroom with walk in shower.
Facilities include a lift, fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, hairdryer, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The apartment also has a garage in the secured, underground car park. The communal pool is 10m x 4m with depths 0.9m to 1.4m, is surrounded by large terraces and is open year-round.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. Further afield but within easy reach there are waterparks, aquariums, zoos, golf courses, the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountain range with fabulous skiing over the winter months and the beautiful Andalusian cities of Málaga, Seville, Cordoba and Granada.
