A great base to discover Nerja and the surrounding area, Chimenea C2D is a lovely two-bedroom, top floor apartment with large terrace offering stunning views over Burriana Beach, the coastline and mountains.
Situated in the same peaceful residential area as our Chimenea villas (Villa El Paraiso, Villa Las Brisas, Villa Azalea and Villa Dos Ardillas) above Burriana Beach, our three Chimenea apartments are in a lovely complex with large communal pool and secure parking. The apartments are a 500 metre walk down to Burriana Beach with its many bars, shops and restaurants and a 30-minute walk or 5-minute drive to the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcón de Europa. There is a bus stop directly in front of the apartments with a regular local bus service. There are supermarkets within a short drive or 10 minute walk.
The apartment has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with French windows opening out to the large terrace with outside table for al fresco dining. There is a large, airy king-size double bedroom with access to the terrace and another bedroom with twin single beds. The apartment has a large family bathroom with walk in shower.
Facilities include a lift, fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, hairdryer, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The apartment also has a garage in the secured, underground car park. The communal pool is 10m x 4m with depths 0.9m to 1.4m, is surrounded by large terraces and is open year-round.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

The apartments are a lovely place to stay, nice and quiet with a great view over Burriana bay. The apartment is clean and tidy, the beds comfy and the kitchen supplies have all you need. The balcony has a table and parasol and is a great place to eatsee more

Nerja paradise rentals are fantastic they will communicate regularly about the check in process etc and are helpful in assisting with extras such as booking taxis etc. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment and look forward to staying there again in the future.

We loved our apartment. Unfortunately there were building works close by. The notice started at 8 am and went on for most of the day. Thankfully we were moved to a villa nearer Nerja which was lovely too. Caroline was very helpful and solved our probsee more

The apartments are in a quite location 5 minutes walk from the supermarket and 10 minutes walk from the beautiful Burriana beach. It’s about a 20 minute walk from Nerja centre but there are plenty of nice restaurants and bars at Burriana beach. Nerja paradise rentals were excellent in communicating with us pre stay and during and I would highly recommend them.

We did not choose the best time to travel to Spain, it being the first week in December, just after Day 2 Covid PRC tests were introduced, and on the very day when it was announced that pre-departure Covid tests were needed. However, our Nerja Paradise Rentals had prepared us well, with good directions and key-collection information, and as we had been to this very apartment before, we settled in very quickly and forgot about the various paperwork and compliance requirements of the journey..
The apartment was beautifully clean and well-presented, and indeed the entire apartment block and communal areas were clean, well-decorated and graffiti-free. Although we do eat out a little, we are also into self-catering, and we were pleased to find that the kitchen was fitted with all the usual equipment, utensils and implements. The beds and bedding were of a high standard, the bathroom was in good order, and generally we were able to unload our cases and start our holiday straight away. There are good supermarkets within walking distance, and an English-speaking Medical Centre within a 15-minute walk. This was very useful when it came to our pre-departure Covid tests, which were priced at a reasonable E35 each. The apartment is an easy walk from local beaches, where there are good restaurants, bars and cafes, and it is also perfectly possible to walk into central Nerja, with its full range of facilities, although this as a slightly longer walk of around 20 minutes. Our friends at Nerja Paradise Rentals are situated only a 15-minute walk from the apartment, and were always available for help and advice, and I cannot rate them highly-enough. All-in-all, and excellent holiday! |

Situated in the same peaceful residential area as our Chimenea villas (Villa El Paraiso, Villa Las Brisas, Villa Azalea and Villa Dos Ardillas) above Burriana Beach, our three Chimenea apartments are in a lovely complex with large communal pool and secure parking. The apartments are a 500 metre walk down to Burriana Beach with its many bars, shops and restaurants and a 30-minute walk or 5-minute drive to the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcón de Europa. There is a bus stop directly in front of the apartments with a regular local bus service. There are supermarkets within a short drive or 10 minute walk.
The apartment has an open plan dining and living area with French windows opening out to the large balcony with outside table for al fresco dining and a separate kitchen. There is a large, airy king-size double bedroom and another bedroom with twin single beds. From this bedroom you can access another rooftop terrace situated on top of the apartment. The apartment has a large family bathroom with bathtub and over bath shower.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, hairdryer, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The apartment also has a garage in the secured, underground car park. The communal pool is 10m x 4m with depths 0.9m to 1.4m, is surrounded by large terraces and is open year-round.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included.
