La Casa del Barranco est une belle villa de style traditionnel sur un seul niveau. Elle bénéficie d'un emplacement de choix en plein centre de Nerja, avec une vue imprenable sur la plage de Burriana et sur les montagnes. Elle se trouve à 10 ou 15 minutes à pied du Balcon d'Europe et à 7 minutes de la plage de Burriana.
Située dans de beaux jardins, la villa a été redécorée avec goût pour donner une impression de maison confortable. Elle comprend trois très grandes chambres climatisées, deux salles de bains, une cuisine moderne entièrement équipée et un salon confortable qui s'ouvre sur la terrasse offrant une vue magnifique. Six chaises longues et des meubles de jardin font de l'espace extérieur une extension étonnante de la maison - pour les repas en plein air, les bains de soleil et les cocktails autour de la piscine.
Cette propriété est idéale pour les familles et les groupes car elle peut accueillir 6 personnes.
Les équipements comprennent une cuisine entièrement équipée avec four/plaque de cuisson, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et réfrigérateur-congélateur, machine à laver, coffre-fort, wifi gratuit, télévision avec chaînes internationales, climatisation dans toutes les chambres. La piscine privée mesure 5m x 3m et les profondeurs sont de 1,25m - 1,9m. La villa dispose également d'une table de billard.

Some of the kitchen supplies needs to be updated, for example:
New frying pans (the bottoms were not flat).
The handles of the pans need to be tightened, I did my best with a knife but a screwdriver would do a better job.

The Parador area is close to Burriana beach and about a 10 to 15 minute walk into the centre of Nerja. The property was what we were looking for and would have been happy to rate 'very good': Despite being an older house, it was clean inside throughout out. Great space and three good rooms. Well located, we had some building work that introduced one way systems for driving - limited public parking, not allocated and competitive for a space. Good positioning between playa Burriana and the Balcon area. The third bedroom leading to the outside balcony area was a great space but didn't have shutters/blackout curtains to block the morning sun. There was no air con in the lounge. The main bathroom has a washing machine that is very close to the loo (not ideal for tall people) Internet was good and no issue with tv/equipment on the property - all maintained to a good standard. The outside area could do with a little love - wouldn't be ideal for small children but great for adults who are looking to host or be sociable. Smaller pool than pictures would lead you to believe. |

Tiene varias zonas con mesas y sillas donde puedes desayunar bajo una parra, comer mirando al mar, tomar una cerveza en los silloncitos de la zona chillout o tomar el sol en una de las seis hamacas. Si tienes algún rato libre también puedes jugar al ping-pong o al billar pues también dispone la terraza de ambos juegos. La casa por dentro se dispone en una sola planta, lo cual es ideal para mi y tiene tres habitaciones amplias e igualmente cómodas. La cocina, enorme, está perfectamente equipada para poder cocinar todo lo que se quiera. Y, algo muy importante, la casa y todo el equipamiento está perfectamente limpio y cuidado. Y, algo aún más importante, el trato de todo el equipo de Nerja Paradise Rentals es excelente. Siempre que les he contactado han respondido inmediatamente y con una gran amabilidad. Por eso hemos repetido éste año con ésta empresa para nuestras vacaciones pues sabemos que no nos van a fallar.

La casa está en una zona absolutamente tranquila a 5 minutos andando de la playa de Burriana y del centro. Dispone de 3 habitaciones y dos baños, uno de ellos dentro de la habitación principal. La casa está equipada con todo lo necesario para facilitar tu estancia, menaje de hogar, toallas, sabanas, plancha, lavadora de 8,5 kg. En el exterior dispone de piscina, con 5 hamacas y vista sobre la playa de Burriana increíble. También dispone de mesa de billar y de mesa de ping pong. Hay como 4 ambientes distintos con mesa y sillas. El parking en las inmediaciones es facilísimo. La casa barranco ya forma parte de mis recuerdos. Gracias por todo, volveré sin duda. |

This is a beautifully located apartment - 10 minutes from the beach and about the same distance from the town. Great views down towards the beach and a lovely pool - great service from Paradise Rentals - almost perfect. But bizarrely, there was no aiplus
This is a beautifully located apartment - 10 minutes from the beach and about the same distance from the town. Great views down towards the beach and a lovely pool - great service from Paradise Rentals - almost perfect. But bizarrely, there was no aircon in the lounge which meant, in the stifling still heat of a hot July, the lounge was unusable in the evenings. I suppose from a Covid distancing perspective this could be seen as a positive, as it meant we had to retreat to our individual bedrooms for a night-cap, but not terribly social and detracted from an otherwise 5 star rating.

Everything we needed was present in the house. It was clean and tidy. Very nice pool looking out at sea.
The street downhill from the Casa was pretty busy (lot of motorbikes) and was at times noisy, but other than that the stay was marvelous!

The location was great, near Burriana beach and a short walk from the center of Nerja. The only disappointment was that the solar heated pool was quite cold. Everything else was super!
