A wonderful three-bedroom villa with stunning views from the terrace, private pool and parking located in a small and quiet urbanization in a prime spot right in the heart of Nerja, next to the Parador de Turismo Hotel.
It is just a three-minute walk from the famous Burriana Beach, and has bars, restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, etc. in the immediate vicinity. It is also very near to our Villa Encanto, El Califa 3 Apartment and many other of our villas in the Parador area.
Villa Rayo de Sol has all bedrooms on the ground floor - the king-size master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and French windows out to the pool area, two twin bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Stairs lead up to the kitchen and open plan living and dining area with two large French windows out to the large terrace with amazing views down over Burriana Beach - fantastic for a barbecue with an amazing view!
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels and air-conditioning in all rooms. The villa has its own private garage with direct access to the property. Outside there is a private swimming pool (5.3 x 2.3 m, depths 0.55m - 1.3m) and terrace/gardens with six sun beds.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

The property opposite, sat in front of the pool side facing the sea, has large trees over-hanging into this property, so may I suggest cutting them back to stop the leaves falling into the pool?. Also a possible handle or strap, on the inside of thesee more

The team at nerja paradise rentals were brilliant from start to finish, we had trouble locating the property initially as our taxi dropped us at the wrong location but someone was on hand to come & show us to the villa without hesitation!

I cannot think of anything to improve our stay. Although the pool is small is was perfect for a dip after shopping/beach and great for 2 small children. Would have loved to be able to use the Alamar 1 pool. Perhaps an arrangement could be made with tsee more

It's possible to lock yourself out on the balcony! This really isn't safe. We used a towel to make sure the door stayed open. Warn visitors that the garage space is tight and only suitable for a small car (we did have a small car so ok for us).

My husband and I wanted a relaxing week in the sun and I am happy to say that is just what we got.
The Villa was in a perfect location for us purched on top of a small hill over looking the sea, even better was you could hear it too.

The Villa was in a perfect location for us purched on top of a small hill over looking the sea, even better was you could hear it too. The Villa was in easy walking distance to most of the things you could possibly want on holiday - small supermarkets, bars and restaurant's . If you have any problems with mobility this may be a small problem as everything is ether up or down hill. We didn't find this a problem. The Villa is looking a little tired in places but I say it all adds to the character and charm, We also enjoyed having our own pool to cool down in We will definitely be going back hopefully next year |

I would give this accommodation at 10. It was fantastic the staff were really helpful and the location was perfect. The only down point were the keys to access the villa. They were 4 keys and they all looked similar. We arrived late at night and as isee more

They were 4 keys and they all looked similar. We arrived late at night and as it was quite dark it was very difficult to get the correct key into the correct lock. I spoke to the agents about this and they have said they will rectify the problem by marking the keys. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends and family

This villa really deserves it name! There is sun on the terrace from sundown till five in the afternoon. On top of this you have the best view ever. Direct view on the sea and the calming sound of the waves. We spent a lot of time here enjoying the vsee more

Pubs, restaurants, beach and a shop are within walking distance. We will definitely come back here!

He pasado una semana con mis hijas en la villa Rayo de Sol. En primer lugar quiero destacar la excelente atención por parte de Nerja Paradise Rentals, concretamente de Victoria, José y Aarón que son las tres personas con las que he tenido contacto. Han respondido siempre inmediatamente a mis mails dándome todo tipo de información. La tarde que llegamos vimos que faltaban dos toallas de playa que habíamos solicitado y a la mañana siguiente vino Jose a traerlas y además nos recomendó un montón de sitios donde ir en Nerja. Realmente se ve que es una empresa muy sería y con un trato excelente. Tuvieron también la amabilidad de dejarnos salir más tarde el día de salida ya que no tenían reservada la casa ese día y agradezco mucho ese detalle. En cuanto a la villa en concreto puedo decir que ha cumplido con creces todas nuestras expectativas. Todo estaba muy limpio y está perfectamente equipada para sentirse como en casa. Las vistas desde la terraza son maravillosas. Es un placer desayunar, comer y cenar con esas impresionantes vistas del mar y de la montaña. Lo único que mejoraría son los colchones de las camas pues eran un poco duros e incómodos para nosotras pero ésto es algo muy personal. Quizá otras personas los encuentren adecuados. La situación de la casa es excelente ya que se encuentra a dos pasos de bares, restaurantes y supermercados así como a diez minutos caminando del Balcón de Europa. La playa de Burriana está a menos de cinco minutos andando aunque el camino está en cuesta abajo y a la vuelta toca subir la cuesta pero es llevadera salvo que se tengan problemas de movilidad. En definitiva, una experiencia muy satisfactoria en el alquiler a través de Nerja Paradise Rentals y una villa, villa Rayo de Sol, que recomiendo totalmente y a la que me gustaría volver.

Villa Los Girasoles is a lovely, country style three-bedroom villa situated in an elevated position above the Punta Lara area of Nerja approached by a good concrete road to within 50 metres of the house when the road becomes a track. There are stunning, panoramic views of the sea, Nerja coastline and mountains. It is approx 1 km to the nearest beach and 2 km to Nerja town centre.
In the grounds of the villa there is a private swimming pool with gardens, trees and a covered shady terrace where you can relax and enjoy the uninterrupted views. Inside this comfortably furnished property there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twin rooms that share a bathroom and a large Kingsize double with en-suite facilities. The spacious open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area has access to the garden and pool area from via patio doors.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels (limited), air-conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The villa has ample private off-street parking, a private pool (6.36m x 3.35m and 1.15 - 1.44 m depth), barbecue, outside furniture and 6 sunbeds.
