Stunning villa with sea views and private pool in the Chimenea Area of Nerja 9 minutes walk away from Burriana Beach

This delightful property is ideal for groups and families alike. Burriana beach with it's many bars and restaurants in only a 9 minute walk from the villa with the centre of Nerja about 30 minutes away on foot (5 mins. drive). There is a regular bus service in to the centre of Nerja that leaves from near the villa.

The property is entered via a few steps to an entrance hall. From here a short flight of stairs lead up to the top floor where is a cloakroom/toilet, lounge/diner and fully fitted kitchen. The spacious lounge has a wood burning stove and there are patio doors leading on to a large terrace with wonderful sea and coastline views. As in all of our houses the kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine and electrical appliances such as toaster, coffee maker and kettle, etc. Furnishings throughout are of a good standard in a contemporary style. Downstairs from the entrance hall there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twins which share a full bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite facilities. From the double bedroom patio doors open on to the pool and it's terrace area.

All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly. End of stay cleaning is also included. Extra cleaning and linen change available payable locally or at the time of booking. We can also provide food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels and airport transfers which should be booked in advance.

The local caves – Cueva de Nerja – and the neighbouring hillside “Pueblo Blanco”, Frigiliana, are incredible must-sees during your stay. Further afield but within easy reach there are waterparks, aquariums, zoos, golf courses, the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountain range with fabulous skiing over the winter months and the beautiful Andalusian cities of Málaga and Granada. Nerja has a great network of public transport – or you can hire a car to discover the area at your own pace.
