Description
Villa Dos Ardillas is a three-bedroom Mediterranean style villa offering spectacular views of Burriana Beach, the coast and Cerro Gordo mountains.
Situated in the Capistrano Playa, Chimenea area of Nerja above the famous Burriana Beach, this beautiful property commands the same spectacular sea views as its sister houses, Azalea, Las Brisas and El Paraiso. Burriana beach with its array of bars and restaurants is only a 9-minute walk away, and Nerja town centre approximately 30 mins walk or 5 minutes by car or with the local bus service.
The property is entered via a few steps to an entrance hall. From here a short flight of stairs lead up to the top floor where there is a WC, large lounge/diner and fully fitted kitchen. Patio doors lead on to a large terrace overlooking the pool with wonderful sea and coastline views. Downstairs from the entrance hall there are three bedrooms, two twins which share a full bathroom and a large Kingsize double bedroom with en-suite facilities. From the double bedroom patio doors open on to the pool and the large terrace area.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, hairdryer, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all bedrooms. The villa has private off-street parking, a private pool (2.5 x 5 m 1.15 - 1.45 m deep), table tennis table, pool table, barbecue, outside furniture and 6 sunbeds.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

The villa is so spacious and light. There were amazing views from both terraces
It is extremely well equipped and very comfortable. It was also immaculately clean.
The villa is quite far down into Chiminea. You can walk down to the beach but it msee more

Lovely, spacious ,well equipped villa in a quiet area but within walking distance of Burriana Beach with good selection of restaurants and bars.
Loved the villa's small swimming pool, table tennis and pool table but all looking a bit tired and coulsee more

The video was quite comfortable in very nice there was a couple of pickups but it was done quite quickly staff and cleaners were very good the place is a very nice place to stay I would recommend it to anyone I am looking to stay again next year ear see more

The views from the terrace and balcony are fantastic. The interior décor was very well presented. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Overall an excellent property.
